Pillow is fantastic for lumbar support in my car. I love it. You can change the amount of air for the amount of pressure you need. Love it. Will probably by a 2nd one soon. Purchased my 2d one for work, it is fabulous and stays in the right position on my chair. Without the pillow, when I sit for a period of time, my legs hurt from my waist to my feet.
This worked great for a couple of weeks. Now the one in my car will no longer hold air. The one in the office was deflated after the weekend, but is still holding air at this point. I will have to look for something else for lumbar support now, with straps for chairs and car seats.
My fault. I have changed my rating again. Using in the car is fine, except for the cold air outside. The cold air condenses and deflates the air inside. So they do not work well to leave in cars in winter weather.
Best travel pillow ever! I have bought many pillows for lumbar and for the neck, and this is the best!!! And, unlike other inflatables, this one has both quick inflate/deflate, with an easy-to-turn open/close mechanism. You can customize the firmness, and it stays the way you want it! It deflates so quickly that you can deflate and put it away tiny size in its own little sack carrier (included!) before you get off the plane. It folds so compactly that it fits easily into a purse. It was so obviously superior to others that I got requests for info from seatmates on both flights and bus tours who were traveling with ordinary bulky travel pillows. Don't hesitate –– get it!!!
Due to airline travel and needing support without the weight or space in luggage, this is the most perfect choice. I searched extensively both on Amazon and in airport travel stores for both lumbar and neck support that can be adjusted to comfort, take up minimal space in luggage, and is lightweight. This fits exactly what I was looking for. I tried out several other travel-type lumbar support products and were either too big, took up too much space or could not be adjusted. This product is perfect. I only had one concern and that is that I didn't want to spend time blowing something up however I was pleasantly surprised on a recent airline trip. Only two small breaths took it full size (firmer) and only one breath took it to a softer, more cushioned feel. This product also has a soft feel to the surface. Once done, simply release the air, roll up and back in the cover, tucked neatly in my small carry-on. After I flew back last night, I ordered another one today.
I used this pillow for a 10 hour flight to Europe, on the recommendation of my boss, and I LOVE it! I was worried about the long flight as I was recovering from a painful SI joint injury, but this really helped me stay comfortable as a back rest and I was very surprised to see how good I still felt after such a long flight. I love how it functions well as both a back and neck support, which helped me sleep too. My only issue is I had to keep inflating it. Upon my return the company reached out for feedback and immediately sent me a new one to replace my faulty one. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but would still use it even if I had to keep inflating it
Easy to inflate and adjust - literally just 2 breaths to fill to capacity - I found it provides plenty of neck support even when only half full. Just turn the valve to deflate a bit as needed. Well-constructed and sturdy material should last for a long time. Bought this to replace an inflatable donut shaped pillow that just never seemed comfortable enough. I find this dogbone shape much more supportive and stabile. Deflated, it takes up v little space so great for packing light. Company seems v customer-friendly w/o being pushy. I've also found this handy for watching tv - use it every day. Very pleased with this purchase and recommend highly.

Found this on Amazon I thought it would be perfect for lumbar support. Unfortunately it went flat the first day. The good news is that I sent out and email to the company and received a nice response and an offer to send me a replacement right away. It was a slow leak and was very pleased while it held the air. The strap fit around my Toyota Camry drivers seat perfectly and stayed in place with only minor adjustments. The only change I would desire is to make it just a bit wider for my wider than normal body but then I wouldn't work as well as a neck pillow.

Arrived in a timely manner in new condition. Wife uses it in the truck and loves it. She has had a lot of trouble with her back. We have just completed an 8000 mile trip around the country and this is just what the doctor ordered. (Without the doctor, of course.) She uses it on the head rest for her neck. Doesn't put much air in it. Also uses a Therm-a-Rest Lumbar Pillow also available on Amazon on the seat.
The neck pillow arrived quickly as promised. I tested it and it works as advertised. I bought it for traveling on planes for a neck rest. At this writing I have not been on a trip yet. I look forward to using it soon. It seems durable and high quality and should work great. It inflates and deflates very easily in a very creative way. I would recommend it.
Perfect for me. I can inflate to just the right size. I was using a self inflating one which was too bulky to carry around to have available. I also use it for a neck pillow on trips (using it in a repurposed cozy cover).
