I was impressed with how clear the picture on the screen is! You can zoom in and out as well. I enjoy that it also has a good quality microphone so you can hear what is going on in the other room. I dont really use the temperature feature with central heat/air but it could be beneficial for other situations. The night vision and night light are a fantastic feature. The price is very reasonable and it is easy to set up and use. I highly recommend it

First, I'm old; somewhat. Second, I'm digitally literate, somewhat. This is the easiest to operate, best video transmittal and best sound monitor I have ever had and used. I bought this for using with my grandchildren. I didn't know what to look for except by example of my kids' and niece's and other YouTube video posts. This is by far, the BEST video monitor I have seen. My kids have invested in lot more pricey monitors with options they have never used. They now repeatedly turn off the video screen in efforts to "save" the screen which is slowing dying as they say. So far, mine is as sharp as can be and the sound is crystal clear. I will definitely buy this monitor again!

Past review: I really thought this product was going to be a good purchase but I was wrong. First, it looks like it was used because in the back of the baby monitor (the clip I think it is) has scratches. Second and more important, the first 2 days the baby monitor worked good, but after that it shows me "No link" even if we are really close to the bedroom where my baby sleeps. I see her for a little bit and then it appears "No Link" over and over again. Anytime it shows "No Link" and I have done everything to fix it according to the manual but nothing works. I will return this product.

This is a simple monitor to use however it has some faults. You are unable to turn off the screen to save battery life while still being able to hear your baby. So, if the monitor is on in your bedroom at night it is very bright. Also, the battery is used up quickly having to constantly have the screen on. Also, after using this monitor for only one month the camera no longer works. The screen shows white. I’ve tried turning it off and on yet it is broke. I had to return this after only a month.

This is my first video monitor and after much research we chose this one. The battery lasts all day and we charge it during the night. The lullabies are nice and the ability to talk through the baby unit is very handy. The unit has a great range. The zoom and pan function is nice. There are so many features to this set. You will have it up and running in no time. Just remember to fully charge it like the instructions says. We definitely recommend this monitor.

We had a previous Motorola with 2 cameras and the screen broke. After searching and realizing you can’t just order a new screen, we decided to buy this one. I was a bit sceptical given it was half the price we paid for previous. This one doesn’t have tilt or pan but the picture is better and the lcd screen is far clearer, also no annoying antenna to worry about.

I got a replacement in the mail after I complained about an issue and the new one works great! This is such a clear image of baby in the screen and I think the customer service is great!!

This unit was purchased to monitor an elderly patient during the night. We received the unit and it was well packed and appeared to be well built. Camera and monitor worked well. We returned the unit as it’s volume was not as high as we needed and received a full refund. After the company found out the unit had been returned, they reached out to us and offered to provide a free replacement which they did. The replacement unit arrived and was identical to the first. The volume was ok for most applications and the overall operation was good with a clear picture in both high and low light conditions. The design of both the camera and monitor is nice and neat and appears to be very well made. I would recommend this unit.

The overall score is 4.5. The spoons are a 5 and the measuring cups are a 4.

The elongated spoons fit into smaller spice jars that normal measuring spoons do not. They have a smooth finish that makes them easy to level off. Plus they have a nice heft to them.

The elongated shape is not as much of a benefit for the measuring cups. Aside from them being made of metal, they are just as good as the rest of my measuring cups. They are nice and solid with a good edge for leveling. It is possible to bend the handle, but not easily. Just bend it back and do not be so rough on it next time. Also the is no 3/4 cup, which I knew when getting them but still miss it.

All in all a durable set of measuring cups and spoons that should last a very long time. I plan to get plenty of use out of them and use a 3/4 cup from another set when needed.

Shrinky Dinks 3D Butterfly Lights

Very cute. My daughter loved them. In order to get the butterfly holes to shrink to their proper size, you have to take off the green topper after about four minutes and let it sit in the oven JUST in the purple mold for about 2-3 minutes. It tells you this in the instructions provided. The total cooking time should be around 7 minutes or so.
Following the directions, we didn't have any problems getting them to shrink to fit the lights. Overall, I think it was worth the money...regular shrinky dinks are fun, but it was nice having a way to display your artwork in a cute way. Plus, it was a fun Mother-Daughter project, especially for those of us who are not creative when it comes to crafts.

I bought this kit to do with my granddaughters 4 and 2. The 2-year-old is too young, but she enjoyed scribbling on some of the butterflies and was proud to be contributing. Even the 4 year old got tired of coloring. I helped with coloring and then I shrunk them in a toaster oven. Would have been a nightmare in a conventional oven because takes longer. Some of the holes didn’t shrink enough to work with the lights, but there are about 4 extra butterflies, so we had enough. I used a butter knife to weight down the wings while they were soft when they first came out until they hardened. It was a fun project and I enjoyed it as much if not more than they did. Now they have a short but cute set of lights that they created.

Fun project that my daughter wanted to do for a weekend project. We all took turns coloring different butterflies. There are 10 light pegs to put the butterflies on and 14 butterflies to color, so you get extras if you mess up. I also took the recommendation to remove the topper 1/2 way through. In a pre-heated toaster oven, it took around 2 minutes - 1 minute with the topper and then another minute with the topper off. I used metal chopsticks to gently mold the plastic when it was still soft and pliable just before I removed it from the base. I wish that the package included 2 of the bases/toppers. I spent around an hour standing in front of the oven shrinking the 14 butterflies individually.

I used a conventional oven. Much like the other reviews, I was disappointed by the large holes left after the shrinking. On the 5th one, I realized if you baked the butterfly again for 3 minutes without the blue/green weight on it, the hole would shrink! The instructions didn’t make that really clear. Anyway, this project was cute, fun, and ended with something functional. Minus one star only because more than one mold would have made this go MUCH faster!

Agree with the other ratings, I actually kept a butter knife on hand & when I saw the butterflies start to shrink I took the top plastic piece off & it didn't shrink it even more to make the hold small enough for the light. They still didn't stay in too great but they do look super cute hanging in my daughters room night! We both love them

I followed what a previous review suggested. I preheated the mold, then after it shrank as much as it would with the top part of the mold on, I took the top off and it shrunk the rest of the way. Perfect holes for the lights. I did not use the stickers, as the butterflies fit snugly over the lights without anything needed.

These turned out really cute! The only thing I didn't consider was the time it took to color all of the Butterflies LOL baked them in the toaster oven for about five minutes each. Ended up having to remove the glue discs and just use a hot glue gun to keep them attached to the lights.

Worked exactly as described if you carefully follow the instructions and bake them a little longer if needed to make sure the hole shrinks to the proper size. It was a fun project to do with my daughters. We used permanent markers for some of them but also had success with the colored pencils provided.

Excellent product! My 7 year old & I followed the directions and had no problems getting the hole to shrink or attaching them to the lights. Baking takes patience but it is very much worth it! End result is exactly as described! Only downfall is baking them one at a time.

If you are a avid R/C airplane person, this is the magazine to get. It is better than Model Aviation that comes with your AMA membership because it has articles and reviews of the latest products available -- Not just sections relating to AMA events/areas of interest. I always like to know about the latest gadgets available and how they relate to existing technology.
However, take all reviews with the understanding that they will never have a negative review (fearful of killing an up and coming manufacturer with a bad review). You have to read between the lines. But, after reading a few reviews you will understand what I mean.

LauKingdom BBQ Grilling Cooking Glove 932°F Extreme Heat Resistant Oven Mitts & BBQ Accessories

I purchased these specifically to handle the coal-fired grate on my Weber grill when reloading it with fresh coal. Yes the gloves are definitely heat resistant but unfortunately not for very long. Contact on the hot grate for more than 15 seconds and the heat was close to unbearable. That said, the gloves do work. The extra length to cover the forearm is definitely appreciated. I've used it indoors as well to handle hot cast iron pans and they have been more than suitable.

II was very dubious about these actually working. Usually when I'm doubtful, I'm right. Not this time. These things are really great. I bought my husband a pair and my sister was visiting from out of town, grilled a signature dish she makes, and loved them so much I had buy her a pair. If you're on the fence, go for it and get a pair.

People will come to my house and i'll hand them the gloves when they take over the grill. They burn their hands and THEN put the gloves on. They always wonder why they didn't use the gloves in the first place. Put them on before getting the matches out folks ;) they work.

So far so good, they are a little long 1/4 to 1/2 inch too long in the fingers for me, my fingers are short- but I gave them a try while cooking pasta last night and I did not get burned by boiling water or steam that was a plus. They will serve their purpose. They fit my husband well. Very thick but you can still get a good grip on things. I will feel confident getting a cast iron pan out of the oven and not getting burned.

Bought this as a gift for the family and we've been using it for stovetop, oven, and BBQ. It works great and I would totally recommend it.
I was a bit fool-hardy to try and demonstrate the ruggedness of the glove by placing a lit lighter underneath it for longer than the product page suggests, but honestly, all that made was a minor tint in the glove... Rather than my hand of course. It definitely holds up to the heat.
Others have mentioned this as well, but this product doesn't hold up to steam, which is fine because I wasn't buying it to withstand moisture, only heat. Just keep that in mind.
The gloves are totally reversible as well, I haven't had any issues with wearing gloves on either hand.

I'd totally recommend this product to replace oven mitts.

Bought these for my Husband thinking they may help some, our BBQ gets up to 800 degrees when searing ect.... That being said he LOVES these and he is a tough critic! I bought another pair for our Son in law for Fathers day. He didn't believe that they would work, BOY was he surprised! You won't go wrong with these!

I bought the LauKingdom BBQ Grilling Cooking Gloves as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves them! He uses them when he is grilling and we both use them in the kitchen, especially when using the top oven in our double oven. When it turned cold and we had a fire in our fireplace, he learned they were great for placing a log on the fire. The gloves do what they are supposed to do - prevent burning your fingers and skin when working near hot surfaces or a live fire. They are well made and look as though we will enjoy using them for a long time to come. Everything I have to say about these gloves is positive. We have found nothing negative about them and highly recommend them.

I read a few (2 or 3) reviews stating that upon picking up a cast iron dutch oven that had been in the oven for 450 degrees these gloves transfer the heat relatively quickly. I do not think this is true. I baked some bread in my dutch oven and held the oven in my hands with the gloves for some time to see if it does transfer heat. I must have held the Dutch oven for 20-30 seconds longer than I normally would have and my hands were nice, cool and protected. My Dutch oven was in the oven for more than an hour (pre-heat time included) for 450 degrees. I don't regret buying these at all.

I bought these because I'm working with a wood burner, but my family and I use them all the time in the kitchen, too. I love that they work so well without being bulky.

I used these tonight for the grilled chicken. Work as described though I feel there should be 2 sizes, small & large. These were ok on my hands but when my boyfriend put them on they were tight on his hands which restricted movement but nonetheless he was still able to move the chicken on & off the grill. First of all, who are all these people who get sent a free $20 balance board? And why are all the reviews by paid testers on ALL the cheap balance boards (which I am 90% sure are all the same product, at least the wooden ones, rebranded)?
Anyways. I thought I'd write a review because nobody talks about whether these things work for standing desks. I looked, and couldn't find a satisfactory answer.
I got a Steppie instead, for $100, and was disappointed--too easy to stand on, as it only moves side to side. I didn't end up moving. It was okay, but didn't help a lot. Maybe good for folks with poor balance. I'm young and pretty athletic, and wasn't challenged. I got one of these afterwards--it was cheap, figured I didn't have much to lose--and it actually works great. I work between 4-6 hours a day on it, and am in significantly less pain by the end of the day than when I was just standing or using the Steppie. It isn't a work of art--it's just plywood with a balance thing screwed to the bottom--but it's comfortable to stand on in bare feet or shoes, and looks like it'll hold up fine. So--yeah. I'd try this if you're looking for a standing desk solution on a budget.
And also, I looked at all the brands that sell these plywood balance boards--I'm nearly sure they're all the same thing.

Rehab is a tiring, long experience, but it's necessary if I want to experience a full recovery. I purchased this balance board for use at home to assist with my high ankle sprain recovery. I went back and forth between this style and the inflatable style. I'm glad that I decided on this board.

Right now, I'm not standing on it or working on my balance, but rather, I'm using it as a way to strengthen my muscles, ligaments, and tendons while also working on achieving better flexibility. Because I have small feet, the 15 1/2" diameter provides a lot of flexibility on foot placement which means that I can get a deeper stretch depending on where I place my foot on the board. I can work on front to back motion as well as side to side motion.

The non-slip feature provides plenty of traction. Because I'm working on flexation, I don't wear shoes while exercising. I don't have an issue with the sandpaper feel on my feet, but if your feet are really sensitive, you'll either want to wear socks or shoes.

When perfectly level, the top of the board is 3" off the ground. It's a good height without being too high. It works well on carpet, but it slides on tile/hardwood. I just use a yoga pad under the board when I'm not using it on carpet.

The balance board is durable and is holding up well to daily use.

I purchased this balance board at full price as I needed it for my rehab.

I bought this so I could get micro movements while working at my standup desk. While I still dream of a "Wurf Board" this one is a fraction of the cost, and ti does everything I wanted. I want to keep some movement while standing. After all, you can stand with bad posture just as easily as you can sit with bad posture. :-)

I originally bought a Simply Fit Board, but I found that it was just too easy to balance on it. After an initial few seconds, I could be completely balanced and hardly move, so I wasn't getting the micro movements I wanted. However, I did find it kind of fun to bounce on it...

I then bought the Yes4All Wobble Balance Board. I don't have much trouble getting balanced on it, but it is easy to keep it moving. And although I can create lots of movement, I am able to maintain balance in my upper body, so tasks like typing are still easily accomplished.

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to add some movement while still be productive at a standing desk, I recommend the Yes4All.

Wonderful for working at a standing desk. I stand on it all day long. My feet don't get tired, I don't get bored, and I can't stay in a bad position for long. Working this way has reduced my back and knee pain and increased my concentration.

Note that in the first few days it will seem too difficult and too distracting to stay balanced on the board. You might even get slightly sore legs from using those long-forgotten muscles. What worked for me was to start from an hour on the board per day, then increase gradually, so that within 3 days I no longer felt any soreness and within a week I could stand on the board for 8 hours straight. Take it easy.

At a local health fair, I had my balance tested and rated about the same as the average 90 year old woman! That is 30 years older than I actually am, and I knew it was time to improve in that area. This is sturdy and challenging, and is an excellent addition to my daily exercise routine and I have found that it not only improves my balance, it also tones my core.

So, for an inexpensive and effective anti-aging tool, I recommend a balance board, and this one is sturdy and well made.

I have a standing desk at work. When I stand on my anti-fatigue mat, I can only stand for 30-45 minutes before feeling uncomfortable. When I stand on the wobble balance board, I can stand for 2-3 hours comfortably and I feel more awake than when I sit or stand. I assume the wobble board helps move blood through my leg blood vessels, and maintain a healthier posture. I poked around for scientific studies surrounding the benefits of wobble boards vs. sitting vs. standing for extended periods of time, but unfortunately no one has studied this (please comment if you find one!). The following is an explanation from a Reddit forum thread about why walking is more comfortable than standing:
"Basically, when you are standing, blood flow slows and "pools" in your legs due to gravity. But when you walk, your muscles contract and push the blood in your veins and vessels back up into your upper body.
On the side note, seasoned military personnels are able to stand at ease for long periods of time because they are actually swaying back and forth very slowly in micro-movements to contract their muscles and relieve the tingling and numb sensation you get when you keep standing for long periods of time."
In conclusion, I've had this product for about 9 months and I would buy it again. It's improved my well-being and I highly recommend it. One consideration is height: I'm 5'6" and the height of the board is fine when my standing desk is at maximal height. If I were a couple inches taller it would be an issue.

Holy cow, this balance board is exactly what I needed! I am lucky enough to have an adjustable standing desk at work where I am on the computer for 6-8 hours a day. I was having trouble with lower back pain from having sat in a chair for so many years, and my PT figured out that I had a tight right piriformis, shortened right psoas and, as a result, a weak core. She had me doing lots of stretches and exercises on this board at her clinic, so it seemed like a good idea to try it out at work. This board is perfect for standing on at my desk. It is just difficult enough to engage my glutes and core but easy enough that I can type without feeling like I’m going to fall and hurt myself. I strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to be able to maintain strength, balance and flexibility even with a desk job.

Love this ! , ! I orginally got this to help me with my balance. I'm 74 and had to spend time in bed because of an injury. I used this and noticed a differenc the first day. Dr. Has me taking it slow and easy but so glad I found this.

Good product, built well, but because the bottom is hard its a FAST balancing board and takes time to get used to.

I'd say this is more for Intermediate -> Advanced balancing. Beginner balancing should use the flat blue mats, graduating to the half rubber ball, then this.

I work in home health physical therapy and wanted this to work on ankle range of motion and balance with my patients. I trusted the positive reviews and ordered it on daily deal. There are a few things I really like about this board. First, the grip decal is on the entirety of the standing surface, not just on the colored portions. This makes it more safe than if it were designed with less grip and easier to disinfect without causing the adhesive to weaken. Second, it’s well finished with nicely sanded edges that won’t catch on hems, slippers or fragile skin. There are also eight attachment points on the base to the convex floor part, so the likelihood of screws shearing and patients falling due to board failure is almost nil.
