I have been using about 3/4 tsp daily in my coffee for about 6 weeks now, and have noticed a couple benefits so far.
1. I have not gotten sick since using this, although many family and friends around me have.
2. I had 2 small palmar warts on my fingers that disappeared after 2 weeks of using this product, which indicates to me that it does help with immune function.
Some have complained about how this stuff clumps up when mixed in a drink. I found that if i put the powder in a dry mug first, then pour my hot coffee into it, it doesnt clump as bad. The hotter the beverage, the better it dissolves. A little stir after that and there are almost no clumps (i dont mind a few). They also make capsules if you dont want to mess with mixing it.
I almost finished with my second bottle (I'm using 6 capsules a day) to try to reduce the size of a non-cancerous cyst and it has reduced it considerably. The only other thing I have done is reduce the amount of caffeine I drink. I'm certain it was the Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract that worked for me. This is a great product.
Tasted better than expected. Will buy again. Definitely needs to be refrigerated after opening. Accidentally left it on the counter too long. Air built up inside so live and learn.
The powder adds no noticeable taste to my smoothie. It is easy to measure a dose and it does. I intend to continue buying from this company.

I purchased Turkey Tail for my family after researching the many health benefits. I chose to buy from Real Mushrooms because I know the source of their product, potency and purity are verified and they don't use any fillers. In an industry with little to no regulation, knowing what I'm putting into my body is critical in my buying decision.
My wife ordered this for me under her Amazon Prime account, so that's why I'm not a "verified purchaser"; I also order products directly from the Real Mushrooms website.
I really enjoy taking all six current Real Mushrooms extracts after Bill Lagokas of "Calories Proper" blog and book by the same name recommended them. I can't say I notice any direct effects, particularly since what I do is rotate through them, taking three capsules a day of each of the products (plus one mushroom combination product by a competitor), along with other supplements at the same time. However, I have confidence that Real Mushrooms uses a great, recognized supplier for their products and delivers value. I take to heart Real Mushrooms' philosophy of manufacturing, including not simply packing up mushroom bits with a lot of starch, like many other companies do. SURE, those probably also deliver some value and benefits, but I can't see how it would be as much.
As the Turkey Tail hasn't arrived yet and is a new product for Real Mushrooms, I can't say how well it does or doesn't work, objectively speaking. But I'm more than happy paying for it. Taking this once a week, along with five other Real Mushrooms products, each once a week, plus one of their competitors' products, also once a week, seems to me a very good bet for providing comprehensive immune, cognitive, and other benefits. I think the cycling also protects against upregulating or downregulating various biological systems, such as neuro-receptors, and gives me greater confidence that I'm not going to get significantly "diminishing returns" from taking a product. Plus, this way, they last a long time and it's an economical approach.

I have tried all of the mushroom powders available by this company and Real Mushrooms is the only company I will buy mushroom products from. I had no idea how large a difference there can be in quality/sourcing/preparation when it comes to mushrooms. Different mushrooms require different extraction methods and preparation. I did a lot of research and settled on this company. The owners are very passionate and educated about what they do and they know their stuff. If you are using mushrooms from other companies without doing your research you are likely getting a bottle of rice with very little low quality mushroom.
