I am very pleased with my purchase. One of the reviews complained about the packaging, but this package had 200 sheets whereas most of the other choices had only 100, so I thought I would try SmarTake. Turns out the packaging is one of the best features. The box is sturdy. Don't just rip into it ! You have to cut into the perforations on the package to get it to open as shown in the first photo, but perforations show where to cut. The stack of papers inside is tightly wrapped all around with strong white paper. Partially pull out the wrapped white inner package and tear around just the top few inches of the white paper to expose the parchment sheets as shown in the photos. You can then easily pull them out one by one. The box fits handily in the drawer where I keep my rolling pin. I have baked biscuits at 450F twice. The sheets are an exact fit for my half sheet pan and easy to fold and tear in half crosswise to fit a quarter sheet pan. I don't think I would reuse the sheets I baked. the biscuits on, but they were very buttery biscuits. For cookies baked at 350F I should be able to reuse sheets once.
Perfect size for my 1/2 size cookie sheets from a club store. I can really cook a dozen cookies on it and clean up is super easy.
I found the paper to have superior grease blocking qualities...withstood 425 degree heat for over 30 minutes while not burning or scorching. Does not fold easily for cutting.
no more fighting with parchment paper, this is a great thing to have, use it for everything, mixing biscuit dough, rolling cookies, a lot less clean up.
I love having these sheets handy. I opened the box flap and leaned the package against the wall on a counter behind a pitcher that's always sitting there, and can easily grab one when needed. I suspect the package of two hundred may last me years, but I use one every time I throw something on a cookie sheet now. Sure makes clean-up easier. A dandy investment of less than twenty bucks! :-)

Why did I wait 50 years to buy flat sheets of parchment paper? Shipping box easily converts into a strong flat container and slides into side of shelf, making it easy to pull out one sheet at a time. It fits on a half sheet pan with no trimming, no fighting curls and excess paper. I have been using it for everything, from baking, roasting meat and veggies to freezing layers of food. After reading ATK reviews of parchment paper I carefully compared available products and selected this one. Priced less than the role paper I had been using, no waste, no fighting curls, just perfect. This product is not reusable , but I wouldn't reuse a sheet anyway.
Papers are very slippery! I wrote that the papers were messy because I dropped them and they went everywhere. However, the vendor immediately wrote to me about the issue and was extremely helpful and offered to replace the box even though I had opened it incorrectly. I am upgrading my review to show the responsiveness of the vendor and have used the papers and they work great!
I love these unbleached parchment papers. I needed an alternative to the expensive sheets I buy at the store and this was just the thing. I really like that they are not on a roll so I am not fighting the permanent constant roll as I am trying to place it on the cookie sheet or glass pan. I like how nicely they store between my refrigerator and the cupboard so it is not taking shelf space and I really like the price. They work great and I am so happy I bought these!!
I got the baking bug for the Holidays this year and this pack on 200 sheets of unbleached parchment paper from Smartake has been a godsend.
It's so nice to be able to grab a sheet of precut parchment paper to line each and every baking sheet I have used, drop some cookies on each and bake away.
I have made 10 different cookies with at least two trays of each, most have more. I put a sheet of parchment paper on each tray and I'm ready to go. Two in the oven, two more ready to go when those come out. My very small kitchen became a production line.
Clean-up is very easy... remove the used sheet and you're ready for the next batch.
I like that these sheets are precut because that prevents mistakes from tearing sheets from the roll. Tearing from the roll, sometimes, you tear off too much or too little, which creates waste.
Obviously, using a sheet of parchment paper per tray of cookies also creates waste, but the ease of use helped to make baking a large batch of cookies enjoyable.
