I was suffering from chronic pain in my back and joints when I learned about turmeric. I bought Zhou and it worked miracles. I am now pain free, and also he become aware of the other benefits of turmeric. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I am now a regular customer.
Since I started taking tumeric everyday, I wake up without a lot of swelling in my hands and feet. Arthritis runs in my family and a GP confirmed that I'm starting to show signs of the disease. Tumeric has made a world of difference in how I feel in the morning and is much cheaper and better for me than a prescription drug. Will it work for you? I don't know, but it has for me. I like this brand because I feel the quality is high. This is based purely on what they say about their product, nothing more, but so far I can't argue with the results. I've been taking it for over a year now.
Edited a year later: I swear by this product. I've got it on autoship from Amazon to make it easy and I take it every day. No swelling in my hands and feet and I suffered from that for six months before I started on this.
The arthritis pain in my knee was becoming unbearable. - I stumbled unto the combination of Hyaluronic Acid and Turmeric almost accidentally. Simply by reading up on supplements that might help my condition. (unable to take NSAIDs) After taking these, the pain in my knee quickly subsided. Within two days it was 80% gone and has, for two weeks now, all but disappeared.
I cannot say for certain which of these two supplements works the best as I began, and continue, to take them together. Nor can I say if one would work without the other. I CAN say without hesitation that together it is nothing short of a miracle. Thank goodness..
Update - being a type 2 diabetic who uses only diet and exercise w/o meds to control glucose - I unexpectedly noticed my blood sugars improve, and looked into why. I read where the Turmeric has been noted to help. I can say that yes it sure seems too. (Maybe 10-20 points lower on average) I take 4 turmeric caps a day.
My joints really do feel better from tumeric! And it arrived quickly!
This product is amazing. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hips (I am 60), and one generating extensive pain, it seems the alternatives were few. Go for cortisone injections every 3 months, or hip replacement. My acupuncturist recommended Turmeric and I have been impressed with the quality and effectiveness. Taking 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening as directed, no more hip pain, no more agitated sciatica radiating down to my knee, etc. I would recommend for anyone experiencing recurring joint pain; give it a try. I just reordered, as if it allows me to defer hip surgery, its well worth it.

I ordered this product because of the basic produce description and it is working great. I have had pain in my hips, knees and hands for tears. I am 85 years old and last week I was able to hike up Mt Charleston (near Las Vegas) to Mary Jane Falls. It is about a 1300' climb in 2.6 miles. Some of the steps were more than 12" high. I made it up and back down a little winded BUT no pain, Yaa And the guy that wrote the negative review about long brown pills -- well he has the wrong product -- what a shame. these Caps are yellow, haha

I have terrible knee pain and pain pills have not been working. I have read up on turmeric and decided to try. First pill I could tell the difference. I have been taking 2 per day. I have gotten so much relief. I will be buying again. In the past I have taken Hydrocodone 10/325 and tramadol.
