I got these as part of a costume, but they are cute enough to wear any time (if you're cold, that is, because they're pretty warm). If you live in a cold climate, they probably aren't enough for a very cold day simply because your fingers are exposed -- but they aren't thin or flimsy! There is a thick flannel lining under the fur.
That said, they are fairly narrow and are not at all stretchy. So maybe most people would find them too small. I am an adult woman, but I have narrow wrists (6" circumference), slender arms (8" circumference mid arm), and small hands (palm is 3" across). These fit me perfectly. Honestly, they are much better looking and feeling than I was expecting!
Definitely on the snug side (i have large hands) but they are really cute and i've already received several compliments on them!
