Beautiful Wind chime, great customer service, The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the company tag is held on by the same string that holds the Pendent onto the wind chime. so be mindful of this and don't cut it off!! You need to un-loop it carefully, I think this is a bad idea to attach a tag with the same string that holds the chime together, but the customer service is excellent and sent another right out!
These chimes were so nice that I bought another set for my mother's balcony. They're tuned beautifully and arrived in an incredibly well-packed box. I've shopped around for some nice chimes, and this is the best deal around. These chimes don't sound tinny or "tinkly" at all. You can hear the tones of "Amazing Grace" if you listen. It's really pretty! I still prefer the richer, deeper tones, but I know the only way to get those is to buy bigger chimes, and my pocketbook just can't afford that. For the price, this is a nice deal, and I highly recommend this brand.
WOODSTOCK AMAZING GRACE CHIME
Unfortunately, my mother passed away last week. While she had been ill for some time and it was an expected passing, it is still a hard road to travel. It's been a tough week for my entire family, but we have all been there for each other.
Yesterday was the first day I was totally alone in my house since we lost my mom. All morning I felt strange, out-of-sorts, and just nervous. Then, suddenly, my door bell rings and I see a package on the porch from AMAZON.
A dear, dear friend had sent me the WOODSTOCK AMAZING GRACE CHIME. What a wonderful and thoughtful gift to give for any occasion, but what a treat to receive one in remembrance of a loved one. Such a delight to listen to! What an awesome way to think about my mom; listening to one of my favorite hymns, sitting outdoors, letting the gentle music calm me.
This dear, dear friend of mine and I have often discussed with each other our love for wind chimes and how much we enjoy not only the beauty of the melody they create, but also the beauty of the chime themselves.
The WOODSTOCK AMAZING GRACE CHIME not only sounds gracious, but is crafted very well too. It's beautiful to look at, is sturdy, is made very well, and will withstand all the Mother Nature can dish out. I know I will spend many happy hours not only listening to their distinct sound but also thinking of my mom and also thinking of my friend!

I have 3 Woodstock chimes and a couple other brands. Woodstock is the master chime maker. I'm tone deaf and can't carry a tune; thank goodness my Woodstock chimes can... even I can hear the notes playing Amazing Grace. Nice.
Sounds wonderful. I can hear the tune of Amazing Grace (if played in the right order, which... how often is the wind gonna do that for you?). Nevertheless, it sounds beautifully and it saved my a$$ when me and my husband didn't get to take his mother out for mother's day. It was intended for myself, but just like that, it was her mother's day gift. :D She loves it!
Take note that there are instructions on how to get the wind catcher engraved. I thought that was a great idea and if I had had the time, I would have had it done. Makes for an amazing personalized gift.
I have several Woodstock chimes, and this was a great addition to my symphony. The tones of it compliment my other chimes, so I have lovely melodies. I wanted something to put directly in line with a nasty street light to counter the bad chi, and what could be more perfect than Amazing Grace?
These are awesome wind chimes!! I have them on the porch, where they haven't caught much wind till these last few days. Woodstock is my favorite company for wind chimes. They would make a great gift for anyone who likes the beautiful sound of the chimes. I plan to buy bigger ones next year.

Update: this is my go-to sympathy gift now. I write the deceased name on the wind catcher at the bottom, and people really appreciate this gift.
I bought the Woodstock Inspirational Amazing Grace Chime, Memorial Urn for my sister after her husband died, to keep his ashes in them. She greatly appreciated the thought. It is a very lovely sound when the wind picks up and the chimes start going. She likes to think that her husband is talking to her every time she hears the Woodstock Inspirational Amazing Grace Chime, Memorial Urn chime. the wind catcher that hangs out the bottom of the unit is large enough to put something special on it. You can write the birth & death date of your loved one on one side, and their name on the other. My sister lost her dog to cancer shortly after her husband, so now her 2 boys share the urn, the wind, and the front porch where it resides.
These chimes are supposed to play the tones heard in the beginning measures of Amazing Grace, only if it's really windy will you catch the tones in order, but none the less, the chimes are lovely looking, lovely sounding, and a lovely sentiment for any one who has suffered a loss.
The chimes seem to be of great quality. She has had them for almost 2 years now, and they still look great. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these.
