This bag is great. It's very well made, comfortable, and looks great. The straps are very simple nylon (no padding), but I've found them to be very comfortable when walking and biking for a few hours at a time. If you're looking for this kind of bag and want something with a clean, simple design I don't think you can beat it, even for double the price (or more).
The quality of the material and the construction is impressive. The design is minimal and highly functional. It comfortable as a backpack, a tote or over the shoulder.
I would probably pay 3 times what I paid for it.
The only thing I would change is the length of the shoulder straps. Currently the ones on it are a little small and make it hard to take the bag on and off
