I have been having some discomfort on the back of one of my knees for a few days. I tried kneading magnesium oil into the area, plain arnica gel, rolling on my foam roller, etc. & so far nothing had worked 100%. I opened my package from Amazon tonight & saw this balm, so I thought no time like the present to try it out.
At first I gently rubbed my fingers across the hard balm & got only a very minimal on my fingertips... I applied that to my leg & within 3-5 minutes I felt some relief, though there was one area that seemed worse than the other area. Since the other areas felt relief so quickly, I figured I would apply more balm & see if that helped. The second time, instead of being so gentle with the balm, I dug into the balm a little with my fingertips & balm almost melted onto my fingers. I applied a thin layer that time & WOW, the pain was all gone within 3-5 minutes again!
I normally make my own balms, salvves, remedies, etc., but my family is in a very busy season of life right now so I decided to try this ready made balm. I am SO pleased with the results so far & will be having my kiddos, hubby, etc. try this out too for any aches, pains, sore muscles, etc. as well.
I WOULD absolutely purchase this again & am very PLEASED I found such a great product that is SAFE and ACTUALLY WORKS :)!!
LOVE this balm! The jar states that it is for sore muscles but I have found it to be helpful with my arthritis as well. The scent is so much less obnoxious than products I have used previously. The consistency reminds me a little of Tiger Balm in that you have to press into the balm a bit to get it started. After that, the heat of your skin makes it glide on smoothly. And, unlike Tiger Balm, it's not incredibly greasy. I'm totally satisfied. In fact, I just opened my second jar!
