From other reviews you can tell all the pros on this product. The price is 30-50% higher than in China, where OEM is. Totally understand and accept that.
One thing not quite good from my side is, it might not be able to charge some batteries when they are with too low level,
Here is the event,
I have a few EBL 2800mAh at hand which are out of juice. When I put 3 of them to this charger, 1 slot reported 4% of capacity and the other 2 slots reported Err on the battery, so I could not charge those 2 on this charger.
Then I put those 2 batteries to the EBL charger and they got charged fully reported by EBL charger. Then I put those 2 back to this charger, it showed 82% cap charged.
I have noticed that not all 18650 lithium batteries are equal. Some are cheap, others expensive, some heavy and some are light. So I wanted a charger that could tell the difference and apply the right charge for each type and capacity of each battery,
I am not an expert in electronics but this charger appears to have distinguished between high and low quality batteries that I charged recently and charged them with different voltages and times. So I think that this may be a smart charger indeed.
I am very pleased with this purchase and price.
Of course it can charge pretty well. But in the meantime, all the info shown on the LCD monitor can be very useful to teach kids basic physics. I.E., 1.44V is Ni-MH, 1A*2.2hrs=2.2Ah=2200mAh
Advances level can focus on the voltage. Li-ion battery is around 4.2v, which can be calculated via Li-ion's energy level.
So, having a scientific charger is pretty useful!
This is the second C4 that I've purchased. I accidentally tried to charge standard batteries on my old one and ruined it. The display on this one is a bit different...showing the percentage of charge, which I like a lot better. This device is heavy, and made well. It's also incredibly easy to use.
I use this to charge my 18650, AA,AAA batteries. It's a quick charge for the 18650 that I use. About 1.5 to 2 hours to charge compared to the cheap chargers that sometimes comes with the batteries (up to 9 hours!) Plus I can do 4 at a time. This is a super middleweight charger. Better ones on the market but unless you're a professional this is more than good enough. Five thumbs up !!!

Charges my 18650 batteries twice as fast as my 6 year old Nitecore universal charger. Simple to use and great for just setting and forgetting.
I didn't rate the material quality because it is a very inexpensive product. It does feel pretty good for how much I paid for it.

Not a bad product. It does what is advertised. Charges well and holds 4 batteries. Got 4 stars due to the quality of product. It just feels cheap, plus since day one it sounds like a piece of plastic is loose on the inside of product. But again it works and fair price.
I got a ton of rechargeable batteries at home and this charging battery box could handle them all. Also, it has an overnight charge function that I could leave them charging overnight without any concer .
It works well and chargers multiple battery sizes quickly. The design is simple and easy to use and there's been no concern about overcharging and very little heating up while charging.
This is the last charger you will ever need. Intelligent is the proper description. Throw away all your cheap chargers that come free with the cheap batteries.
