This product is great! I've been using it for 2 weeks and have lost a total of 6 pounds. I workout/run 5 times a week and I'm definitely sweating up a storm while working out. It doesn't upset my stomach and doesn't give me the jitters like other weight loss pills. I take it first thing in the morning in an empty stomach, wait an hour to eat and go on with my day. This product has worked well so far. I take it twice per day in the morning about an hour hefore breakfast and again in the late afternoon before my snack. Usually i get sluggish mid afternoon but this helps with my energy level. I have felt less bloated and have noticed that its helped me feel less hungry between meals. I would recommend upping water intake as i do experience a headache if i dont drink enough with it.
