So happy I stumbled onto this gem!
Upon receiving this Huncho I was surprised how well packed it was. It came in a camouflage tube it was very neatly packed and not just tossed into a box like any other amazon clothing purchases.
Upon opening the tube the Manchu once again was packed inside a pouch which is perfect because if you want to wear it before or after the rain you can easily have it neatly stored instead of folded somewhere in your bag.
Putting on the Manchu was easy and I was surprised how comfortable it was and it covers a lot. I am 5’11 and the length goes past me knees. So it will def give maximum coverage. It is also adjustable by the arms so that you can have it more secure.
It has 3 breathable zippers 2 front and 1in the back. I gave it a test today in the slushy rainy snow we have today in NYC and it held up with no problem. I was dry and I did not feel hot.
This is a good buy. I do have some hunters in the family and they make perfect gifts in the upcoming holidays.

Amazing quality! I purchased this as a gift for Michigan hunter and I had to sneak a little peek at it. This is more than just a rain poncho, it's a very high quality piece of outdoor gear. The fabric is thick and has a nice feel. The camo print is great! I can see this getting a lot of use in the hunting seasons ahead. Packaging ia great and the poncho comes with a stuff sack and it is actually pretty easy to get it wound up and back in. Takes up very little space and could easily be taken in a backpack. Highly recommend!
I was a bit curious and skeptical about all the features of this poncho but once I’ve tried it, this poncho is great and totally waterproof! I gave it a test run in the rain and worked really well to keep the rain on the outside and stay dry on the inside. The zippers on the back are really convenient as I can still pack my rifle on my backpack without the poncho being pitched like a tent. The zippers on the front neck and chest is a cool feature as it lets the heat out but it’s designed really well because all the zippers are water sealed so no water gets through.
One thing I was really surprised about is that it’s got a chest pocket on the inside. I knew there was a pocket on the outside and that worked well to store my sunglasses, but there’s also an internal chest pocket that I used for my phone. This thing came in really handy, especially when I was sitting down and had limited access to all my pockets. It kept my phone dry and protected the whole time while keep me covered as well.
With the size and coverage, I’m about 6” and it drops well below my knees. It’s got four buttons on each side so you can close this up really easy and barely any wind gets through. The hoodie also gives good coverage but it’s loose around the neck so you can rotate your head. I’ve purchased other ponchos before and this is one that many get wrong as the hoodies can obscure your vision when trying to look around. The huncho one is perfect. If you’re a hunter this poncho is great, but even if you’re not and you want to just use it for outdoors, the extra features and the ventilation zippers is a real bonus too. Also last note, you should check out the packaging, super cool! Will be buying another two for my buddies for Christmas and won’t even need to gift wrap it!

Wow I’m so impressed with this poncho. It came in a log looking box. That I was impressed with. I took off the lid and the poncho was in a nice bag so it is a nice little storage bag for the poncho. I took out the poncho and the fabric was super nice and durable. The size is for adults and there is enough material that I believe it would make a nice tarp if you were stranded out in the rain somewhere. It’s plenty big. There is a nice hood and nice snaps that go down the sides. Zippers to let it vent and a very nice pocket that would hold what ever you needed. I absolutely love this poncho. I will be buying more for family members. This is not cheaply made. I believe it will last a very long time. Like I said. Very impressed! Great job on this!!
The packaging is nice, but unnecessary. At least it is cardboard. Comes in a stuff sack that will be useful for storage. Impressed with the features and construction. Zippers are of quality, but not YKK. Vents, Pockets, Grommets, Cord in hood lining. Nice nylon fabric. Have not had the opportunity to wear in rain yet, but expect no issues. Goes in the backpack tonight.
Love the cool packaging and the quality of this Huncho. I like that it’s more than a regular plain poncho. The front pocket, the vents and the back access puts any poncho to shame. I got to wear it within hours after i got it, here in the Florida keys. Ordering another one soon.
Wore it in a downpour. No leaks. Good price & it worked as advertised. Packaging is excellent for gift giving. I got this for me & it won't stay in packaging so the nice tube pack doesn't matter. Stuff sack is useful however. Could be quieter as you stalk through brush. Would give 4.5 if I could but it does make some noise when brush hits it and a hunter should be aware of that if you intend to get close to game.
