Do I buy it or not? This roller style massage device is a good buy in my opinion. It functions as advertised, came in the color shown, and not only massages but also is a "can't reach that spot" back scratcher! I'm very pleased with it and am glad I bought one. The delivery was prompt and the packaging excellent.
FYI: Two things to consider are (1) your body size and (2) how much meat is on your bones! I'm a slightly ancient, 4' 10", 100 pound lady. The length is perfect for me. The balls roll easily, but remind me where each backbone is! Just need more "cushion/meat" on these old bones. (No reflection on the roller device.)
I have nothing but positive about this. Not that I care about color but it was exactly as pictured. It does an excellent job of easing muscle tension in a gentle fashion. Having used products of this type before, I really appreciate this. Helps with shoulders and lower back in a gentle massage type fashion.
It is good for the back with clothes on, but not so good in bare skin, which is how I wanted to use it.
I bought this for my husband after he had finished his hospital based physical therapy program for his upper back/neck & shoulder. With the Roller Rope, he has been able to continue his therapy routine at home!

Great to use on sore muscles
I have a type of Muscular Dystrophy that causes some of the proteins released by muscles to adhere back to the muscle thus causing an adhesion and hinders the ability of the muscle to both stretch or work properly. The result is painful knots. I use foam roller on a regular basis as well as deep tissue massage to release the knots but neither are handy for traveling. While on a trip recently I bought this rolling hand massage and from the first time I used it I knew it was something I would use a lot and get a lot of benefit from! In fact I use it almost nightly about half hour before bed to release the days tension. I control the amount of pressure so if it hurts, it's my own fault lol. I love that it is compact and travels flat so I can take it to use just about anywhere. I think it is well made and sturdy and at $12 the price is definitely right.
I once had a similar roller rope with wooden stools and just couldn't seem to find a replacement when it finally wore out. I was thrilled to find this product after a couple years of nothing to use on my cranky back off and on during my work day of sitting for hours. I've had it less than a week and I am so happy to be able to give myself relief from aches, knots and stiffness off and on each day without having to rely on another set of hands.
