It does not have one of those pinchy hooks and Iike that. It is holding up well. I do not put a laptop in it. I put other work itmes in it. It fits all of those items in an organized way.
the material is strong and sturdy. there are a lot of pockets that can hold a verity of office supplies. and the bag has a nice design

Overall really nice bag. Plenty of compartments for extra organization. It held my computer, files and some additional items with room to spare. The straps on bag are nicely padded and stay on shoulders quite well.
I find it light and comfortable to carry. I really like it and would recommmend if looking for unisex light comfortable computer tote.
