This is the best, most effective flash I've ever owned. I use the flash off camera with a difuser and a camera mounted trigger. So easy to position the flash to try different types of lighting.

I have been a advanced photographer for last 5 years. I have owned several kind of flashlights ranging from $30 to $200. From a price point perspective this flash is a great deal. The quality of this flashlight is better then one of the flashlight available in market for around $60-70.
The wireless connection worked out of the box without any issue. The recycle time is quick (if not on the most powerful setting). Flash light takes 4 AA batteries and the battery life is pretty good. It produces overall very even nice powerful light and have a pullout diffuser also. I can say I honestly see no difference between the power of this flash versus the other brand flashes with the price range of $80-100. For the price and quality I am very happy with this flash and planing to buy 2 more for my off camera flash system.
Conclusion - If you know how to shoot in manual mode and your budget is around $50 then this is the flash for you.
