There is debate as to whether these items work as waist trimmers, let me just say at the very least (though not last) - these waist belts DO keep my ab and especially my back muscles warm and let me work my ab muscles that much more due to them being warmed up as compared to cold muscles. Much like football players wearing leg hose to keep their leg muscles warm. So yeah, it's beneficial in that area. This particular item is nice and wide and the velcro is cut to a narrow section which prevents overlapping of the velcro on the sides and prevents the velcro from digging into your skin. Price is good too.
I have been using the waist trimmer for about a mouth now, It definitely helps me work up a great sweat. i can 100% see a difference in my belly since using it.So amazing waist trimmer!!! Really makes you sweat and doesn't slide around. i highly recommend it, LOVE IT!!!!!
I use this product everyday at the gym and I love it compared to other bands because its rubber lined. I use oils and ointments with it to make me sweat more. I have no complaints. Make sure you let it air out after use because the sweat will not dry up over night.
I love this item except for the fact I wrinkled up a bit when placing on but you adjust it quickly with your hands and no issues. It definately works and I recommend one. I like to walk in the morning with it and sometimes at night I will add an oil like rose hip to my stomach area, apply saran wrap loosely, and then this.
Good quality nice belt. It doesnt itch me like my previous one. Also not rolling or sliping during workout. You feel the heat while using it and helps to sweat more. Feeling comfortable while using it. And good for not to hurt your lower back.

I like this Waist Trimmer although I didn't order it to loose weight but does make my tummy sweat but it's also good back support and that's what I like the most. I'm a 52 year old female so it does help me a lot when I'm doing my daily walk.
Belt holds my phone perfectly, even with the case on(I have a Google pixel 2). No issues with the touch screen. Theres a small area behind the place where you put your phone and is enough room for keys, money/credit card or chapstick. It fits comfortably around my waste and have no issues working out with in on. This is actually my second pair since I lost my first one so I liked it enough to buy it again
