I've been wanting the whole set of Shrek movies. My children and I love to watch Shrek when it's shown on TV, but commercials get in the way. Now we won't have any distractions. Even has some extra footage.
I had forgotten how funny these movies are! Thankfully our oldest daughter, now 18, collects movies and asked for this one as a gift. I was happy to get it for her of course. She then insisted that we watch the 4 movies as a family and we jumped in. The younger kids, our toddler even, loved them too! It hadn't occurred to me that some of our children hadn't even seen these yet. Worth adding to your collection!
I loved the fact that this DVD collection included Digital HD for all of the movies including shorts. The packaging was excellent. My favorite animated movie franchise, I really enjoy watching it with my little brothers and recommend this fun franchise for you and your kiddos!
I was sick and watched all the movies over the course of 2 days. I got feeling better so the movies seemed to work...I would reccomend a Shrek-A-Thon anytime you or someone you love is feeling a little down and just needs to relax and get feeling better.
I ordered this for my son for Christmas. We watched them over the Christmas Holidays and laughed and laughed. The music is funny because it is from the 70's and 80's and you have to really listen to hear every word "Donkey" says ... he is one fast talker. I only gave it four stars because we weren't crazy about the fourth DVD. We loved the original 3, the 4th was a bit dark for us. But we are glad to have the set.

Because of the way the DVD case itself is made the discs came loose in shipping and got a little scratched. Nothing wrong with the seller or the movies, but in this 4 disc case the movies are back to back, and dont have their own section. It is not a great way to package. I won't get a cheap set like this again.
Great DVD set. It comes in a nice sleeve that holds a slightly larger than average DVD box. The box has two inserts that hold the four discs. There is no internal artwork that some of the more high end movie sets have like the Lord Of The Rings box set.
Overall it's a solid buy. Great family fun (with some added adult humor) that will surely bring about some hearty laughs!
My two year old niece loves Shrek, and having all four of them at hand so easily is a godsend. Before I bought this we had to watch the same one over and over again before searching the stack of DVDs looking for another one. Then hoping that it didn't skip before it would play. When this one came in we put it up high on a shelf where she couldn't get it, and then when she came over we watched through the four with no problem.
My son Loves shrek so imagine our disappointment when Netflix dumped it 😞
On a whim I checked amazon not expecting to find such an awesome steal. He was so happy when I put shrek on today and will be even more excited when I follow it up with the other 3 movies. It’s awesome quality and under $20??!!
I had ordered this product once and had to return it because it came and the dvds were broken and the DVD case itself was broken as well. I sent it back and got a replacement and the new one is MUCH better. Nothing is broken and of course we LOVE the Shrek movies! Great deal for all 4 movies.
