I eat these for breakfast when I'm in a rush. It tastes much better than regular chocolate/peanut butter protein bars. I drink with a bottle of water otherwise it kinda gives me heartburn! Still delicious, 12 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber!
These have a nice strawberry flavor and even have bits of what appears to be dried strawberries in them. They do have the seemingly unavoidable protein bar flavor to them. I feel like one bar isn't enough to satisfy my hunger, more like one and a half for me.
I ordered the first box and it sat on the shelf for a few weeks because I was afraid to try it. Protein Meal Bar? It had to taste bad. Boy was I wrong. Capital letters WRONG!! It has 10 grams of protein and fiber and vitamins, so its good for you. Keep it in the house for those days when you're hungry and you can't stop for lunch or give them to the kids for treats.
Love these bars- I order them because I can't find them in my grocery stores. They are a nice alternative...because every protien bar is chocolate and I get sick of the same thing all the time.
