I bought this because it looked similar to one that I wanted to buy in the airport that is now discontinued. The one that was discontinued was made with a jersey tee material and was extremely soft and could be rolled like this one with the same style clip. Bummer I couldn't find that one but it led me to purchase this neck pillow. The material is soft and since it is cotton it feels like a comfy tee shirt. I haven't really used it yet but will update once it gets some wear on my next flight. I will say the chin support seems a little lacking upon just trying it out at home - the sides that go around your neck are pretty small.
Overall, solid purchase for the price. Will update once it actually gets used for a few hours!
Update 11/2/2018 - My assumptions about the sides being too small were correct, if they were bigger this neck pillow would be perfect. I assume it's to help it roll up easier, which I will say was super convenient to just attach to my luggage.
Even with my big head and fat neck, I found this to be the most comfortable neck pillow ever.
It is the best travel pillow I ever used. It helps me falling sleep without the risk hurting my neck and
the fabric was soft and was quite comfortable.

I have to admit, I'm probably not the best person to review this product since I have chronic neck pain problems. I used this neck pillow on a 14.5 hour flight from the US to China, and because it doesn't come up higher on my neck (maybe I just have a long neck?) I had a horrible tension headache/migraine when I landed. On the 14.5 hour flight home, I traded with my husband. I used his neck pillow that comes up higher to the face that he bought in the airport, and I had no neck pain when we landed. He used this neck pillow from Amazon, and he found it perfectly comfortable and had no issues. All in all, good neck pillow for the average person because it is well made, soft jersey material, and comes with a travel case. However if you are someone like me with chronic neck problems, you'll want to look for something else that's more supportive.
The memory foam is the right density - not too firm and not too soft. The pillow provides more support and comfort than any other neck pillows that I have used. The price and quality are also very good.

I haven't used this yet (upcoming trip), but I did test it out briefly when it arrived, and I'm initially very impressed and pleased! Very soft fabric, appears to be great quality, and the memory foam is a HUGE improvement over the inflatable ones. And it folds up quite small into it's own protective bag, so it will stay cleaner.
I bought 2 of these...one for my husband, the other for myself. I love mine and took over my husband's on our last flight. I used one for my neck and the other for lumbar support.
The material used is very comfortable, despite I prefer to have harder form for better support. Good ergonomic design, fit well to my neck. Foldable with clips is very good for traveling. Cover can be removed for cleaning. I use it frequently as neck support when taking nap on my rocking chair. Highly recommended.
I just got the pillow and I havent traveled with it yet. My initial thoughts are it seems good. I always look for something that supports your chin so your head doesn't fall forward. I think wearing this "backward" will work pretty well. I wish it was a little larger but this should be ok.
I was out before the plane took off. Highly recommend this over anything. Especially the throw away pillows at the airport.
