Although slightly small, this knee pillow is perfect. It is shaped to fit comfortably between your legs, but it is soft enough that I put it between my knees and it conforms to the shape of my knees very easily. It has made sleep so much better and I don't wake up with such intense sciatica pain that I can barely get out of bed. It is also a perfect headrest when laying in bed to watch TV. I wish I would've bought it a long time ago!
