I thought the snowflake cookie cutters were beautiful. Very detailed and I love them. I gave them a rating of 4 stars for easy to keep clean because they are very intricate. I happen to have a special little brush that should work just fine. The four stars I gave for easy to use was because I haven't use them yet. Can't wait though. They are very pretty and look very well made. Thank you.

I just got these and they work perfectly. I had bought ones from other brand and the plunger wouldn't go all the way down so they were useless for fondant and the little one useless period, but these ones, from this brand work perfectly. The snowflakes come out perfect and if you have the problem of sticky dough or fondant, just plunge the cutter in powdered sugar or cornstarch and problem solved. I really recommend these although I can not say anything about durability because I just got them, but so far, so good.
Got dinged one star because of the price. You are paying for the packaging. The only time this is worth getting is if it is to be a gift. The clamshell packaging looks more professional and makes a better impression. However, if you are getting if for yourself, then save your money.
Aside from the price/packaging, the cookie cutters are TERRIFIC!! Amazing that the level of detail is possible in cookie dough. The plunger design is genius! Dip the cutter in flour or powdered sugar between uses, to help it release. I used them to cut some gingerbread cookies to decorate a pumpkin pie. The cookies soaked-up the juice from the pie and could be cut with a fork. Big hit with the family!
