As far as the tablet being refurbished.
The product came in a Wacom box with the materials as listed. Came to me basically brand new. There were no pen markings on the surface of the tablet. It shows no signs of having been used. Though I’m aware the product may differ in condition for everyone.
As far as the product itself goes;
I downloaded the driver from the website and the tablet worked and started perfectly.
I use this product for digital art, and overall drawing with the tablet is an excellent experience. The overall feel of the pen is great as the sensitivity can be adjusted to liking.
The only problem of concern is with the surface of the Tablet. It is not the fault of the refurbished company, but of wacom’s itself. The surface is rough and after only a few days the nib of the pen is wearing down and is now at an angle.
The refurbished product does send you the samples for texture sheets to place on the tablet. I recommend the smooth if you’re not wanting to purchase new nibs constantly.
Overall I am super satisfied with the product itself. It has excellent quality and performance. It is great for someone who is starting off.

I purchased this to replace an older model intuos pro tablet. I really like the larger work area in a smaller footprint than previous models. My only issue is that I can't get the touch feature to turn off, I didn't have this problem (on the same pc) with the older gen model I replaced. I tried updating drivers, creating a new user setting and importing my older settings, no luck.
I switched from an older intuos tablet to this, and I honestly didn't think I'd notice much of a difference.
Boy was I wrong. This tablet feels sooooo much better than my older one.
I upgraded to the intuos pro medium from a 2009 Wacom Bamboo and the difference is crazy. This product looks pretty sleek and is pretty sturdy a side from the touch on and off switch which jiggles a little and the circular button is a little annoying to move the canvas with overall would definitely recommend and for about 100$ off the original price definitely worth it. It came in a Wacom box with everything wrapped looking new. Pen nibs do get wasted pretty quickly however it has extras. It should also come with a protective sheet but that's just my opinion. Would buy again 9/10
I worry when ordering refurbed items, but I could not tell that this was not brand new. It does glitch with bluetooth from time to time but normally cycling the power resets it. Overall for the price I am satisfied. We shall see how long it lasts. If it does not hold up I will adjust my review.

I've been using this for the last few months with zero issues. Came in essentially brand new condition with everything in working order, have yet to have any problems. Love being able to draw on my PC.
This thing makes my life so much easier. Never going back to a mouse.
Great tablet! Shipped earlier than expected and everything came nicely and was well packaged. Everything was included as described. The only con I would have to say about this is that the touch toggle button is stuck on "Touch On" and the toggle switch is loose. I'm not sure if there is a way to turn off the touch, but the palm rejection is already pretty good. It's a small tradeoff for a refurbished item, so 4 stars for that. Overall a great buy for about 50 dollars less.
I just received the Intuos Pro this week, so I haven’t had it long...but, it’s a beast! The product I received was quick to arrive, nothing missing, and as far as I can tell, as good as new! Very pleased with this experience and definitely worth saving the money...
I have been using my Wacom tablet every day and have had no problems or complaints with the product. It is just what I was looking for in a tablet.
