I am extremely happy with this film! Next to my door on each side I have panels of glass so people can just peek around and see if we're inside or not and I did not like that at all. Stained glass cost too much and some of the film I've seen in other stores looked just cheesy. So I took a chance on this. I followed the directions exactly and it really turned out beautiful!!
When the Sun shines or the light hits it, little rainbows come off of it and it is demure enough to fit my taste and not be too crazy. As you can see from the pictures, it matches my front door as well so all in all this is a big win and so far it has stayed without any problems. It said to wipe the glass with soapy water: I used a paper towel with liquid dish soap and It worked beautifully for me. I highly recommend this low cost option when you need privacy and can't afford stained glass!! On the pictures, I took them half way through so you could see the difference.
We have one of those "awkward" windows in a home so close to the next house, their front door smack across from this window in the bathroom, they could hand you the toilet paper. Of course, the window is RIGHT THERE looking over the commode. We used to have dark curtains as all the others were too see through but with ocean breezes and salt air they fade & die fast. Then I saw this product! On one window we could remove the grid entirely, placed the stickon (FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY... CLEAN THE HECK OUT OF WINDOWS! especially edges BEFORE PLACEMENT.) The window on the front door we could not remove the grid, so we measured and cut and followed the same directions and placed each panel individually. EVERYONE loves our dolphin windows, They have now been ip two seasons. BONUS: we need clean only the OUTSIDE windows now, with a quick swipe with a damp soft cotton towel (papertowels don't work on the these) Always place these on the INTERIOR wiindow, they can't hold up outside. Brush with damp papertowel when they get dusty.
This is absolutely the most beautiful window film that I've ever seen. It gives you privacy. But because of all the texture to it, it grabs the sun and turns it into prisons, and it reflects a rainbow of colors in your house or apartment, it is absolutely the most beautiful window film you will absolutely love it, it's clear when it goes on till the light hits it, and then it becomes a. Just like a rainbow. Reflecting all over your walls and floor absolutely beautiful, I loved it so much I bought 3 more rolls for my other windows and so easy to put on you will absolutely love the results.
Following the instructions, application was easy. We affixed this to the outside of a window that local birds have been hitting with their beaks ... fighting their own reflections in the glass. Use plenty of water on the window (see included instructions) when applying. Too soon to advise as to how long it stays on the glass. Birds haven't been back to fight the 'intruders'.
This product is very easy to use and really looks like mini blinds without the hassle. I am completely happy with this item and the seller. They are courteous and made sure my satisfaction was at 100%. I highly recommend the adhesive and the seller!

Conditions for Installation:
1. Clean Windows Glass.
2. A Cool, Smooth Surface With No Texture of Any Kind.
3. There Is A Transparent Backing Must Be Peeled off, If Not, The Window Film Will Fall Down When Water Dry.
4. Do Not Allow To Touch Windows Frame.

Nice addition to our sliding glass door. It's been on for 2 years with no issues.
Had to use 2 layers to block the light enough. Don't wait to trim excess until after installing if your area is recessed--can't get to it to trim. Measure 1st!
Thought there was more color. I still like it. Very easy to install.
Surprise it really was that easy to put up and it was just what we wanted for these windows
