I am dealing with a painful case of achilles tendonitis. If I do any amount of substantial walking, my left ankle swells up and I have to ice it. I had been putting a simple ice pack on it and then trying to wrap it up so it would stay on my ankle. I tried medical tape and bandages, but it almost always fell off several times. When I got my TheraPAQ wrap, things got a whole lot easier. I simply put the gel pack in the freezer and then insert it into the wrap, which easily fastens around my foot and ankle. I have mid-size feet (size 10½) and it fits fine. I strongly recommend.
I've been living with Plantar Fasciitis on both feet for more than 4 years and this product is AMAZING. I've always been in pain when it comes to just walking around school and i don't do any stretching o my feet. When i was researching on how to get rid of my plantar fasciitis, i came across an article that said that people who ice their feet before they sleep have better results. This lead me to finding this product right here. I tried it for the first time and i can already see a difference with icing my feet! I would say at the beginning, its a little bit of a struggle to position the sock but those types of things don't bother me as much. It could be for some people if they want an easy slip in type of sock.

I have mild pain in the middle of my foot. Like the arch but on top not the bottom. I have used rice type heat pack, even slipper ones that rap around your foot. I have used heating pads that are just big and flat. While these work just fine. This product is perfect for me. I can move around while watching tv or studying the the gel packs stay where I need them. I have been using them for about a week now so I can not speak to how they will hold up over time. I enjoy that these packs do not need much time in the microwave or much babysitting. Like with the rice packs taking them out every 20 seconds to move around.
This ice wrap is 5 stars! I've had a lingering Achilles tendon injury for the past few months and I aggravated it the other day sprinting with a resistance band around my waist. My boot camp trainer told me to ice it, 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off and repeat. This wrap is perfect. One size fits all and comes with 2 ice bags (1 for the bottom of your foot, 1 for the back of your foot). Both ice bags stay cold a very long time and they are easy to insert into the wrap and stay put. It is a neoprene material, and is very well made. The Velcro adjusts easily. This wrap worked perfect for my foot. It is very durable. I use it for the tendons on the back of my foot and instead of putting the bottom pad on the bottom of my foot, i wrap it around the top of my foot (with socks on of course). It has helped me out very much. I am glad I have FINALLY after searching 13 years found something to help ease my pain.
I just had Achilles surgery. The ice packs are very nice. They get really cold and stay soft and flexible. I have bulky dressing on so have not been able to use the ice packs in the cover but as soon as I get to take the dressing off I an sure it is going to be great, I tried it on my good ankle and it's very comfortable
He liked the compression factor with the cooling pads because it kept the pressure on while cooling. (It fits well and he's a size 10.5)The pads don'the stay super cold for long, but long enough.Those two things together seemed to really make a difference...that and he tries to rest it when he can. I pulled my little toe out to the side while walking barefoot. Don't know if it has a hairline fracture or not, but now my foot is swollen. This holds a cold pack over the outer side of my foot.
