The black color is a little off-putting at first, but as it's charcoal, it's to be expected. Other than that, it seems to be very good quality. The tube is thick and sturdy, not something that will burst or pop to create any leaks. The paste isn't at all gritty like you'd think it is, and the lather it makes is thick and effectively coats your teeth. It tastes great, too. Overall, we're very happy with it and look forward to the whitening that will come later.
I really wasn’t sure what to expect when receiving charcoal activated toothpaste - but I kept hearing of the whitening benefits of charcoal and wanted to give it a try. This product is great! I’ve been using it for nearly a month now and definitely notice a difference. I love that it came with a “whiteness chart” to track changes. I was VERY hesitant to order this product, just the thought of black toothpaste grosses me out, but I went ahead and ordered. I am so glad I did. This set comes with a before and after chart, so I marked where I currently was, brushed for a month, and tracked my progress and within a month I tested again. To my surprise, I had moved to almost the whitest option shown on their scale.
So, I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about whitening pastes, I decided to try this one. I drink lots of coffee throughout the day. This charcoal toothpaste is perfect for the price. It comes with 3 large tubes so you wont run out for a very long time, it includes a color strip to compare your teeth before the toothpaste to your teeth after using it for awhile, it taste like a yummy mint and it's fairly cheap! I've been reading a lot about charcoal toothpaste, and this looked like a good product to try. I've been very pleased, It does seem a little odd that the toothpaste is black. After rinsing, my teeth have a nice clean feel to them. Very nice product.
