I live in the tropics and we have short days, so do a lot of running in the early morning and late evening to avoid the heat. This reflective vest is fantastic. I wear it when I cycle and when I run and it is much higher quality than the flimsy things we can buy here. It has been through many rain storms and continues to shin brightly keeping me safe! The vest is very adjustable, so I am sure it would fit any adult. Love it!
I am very pleased with my reflective vest and bands. Generally I only use 2 bands, but I love having the extras so I'm sure to have some with me whether on foot or on bicycle. The vest is great, very bright and also very easy to use. The straps are adjustable and also stretchy, so no worries about fitting the vest over a winter coat or making it smaller if wearing fewer layers. The materials seem high quality and built to last. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product to all who need high-visibility gear. The little carry bag is super cute too, and also very handy! Our neighborhood has fairly dim street lights (and lots of hills) so it is very difficult to see people running & walking during early morning/evening hours. I told my husband I didn’t want him running early in the morning without some sort of reflective gear. This vest is nice, it doesn’t weigh anything and is easy for him to get on & off over sweats. It’s a good buy!
The vest is fits well over my winter coat. Since it is an arrangement of straps it is not confining and won't be hot when I can shed the coat. I dog walk at all hours and this makes me feel conspiuous, as it should! The 4 bands are quite good sized and can be hooked end to end by the velcro so the dog or kid or what ever you are walking with can have some reflectivity too!
I purchased this as I ride my bike early in the morning and wanted added visibility. I noticed immediately cars are driving more respectfully around me. It has adjustments on the shoulder straps and adjustments around the waist. When I ride in the winter with my heavier jacket on, I will be able to easily adjust it to go comfortably over that. I highly recommend!

Very pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness, quality, and value of vest and cuffs. Originally purchased for our son who is an aspiring adventure/ dual sport motorcyclist, the vest also caught the attention of our daughter who is a distance runner. She actually tried the vest first on a long run late in the evening. Results were dramatic. We live in a rural area and vehicle operators obviously saw and avoided her making her feel safe. Our son wore the vest and cuffs over his leather gear on his first night ride. The five piece combo really popped giving him much greater visibility on both sides and from the rear. The vest was also quite visible from the front but was some what obscured by the headlight and fairing of the motorcycle. In summary, we really liked it and will soon order a second one as soon as my daughter decides which color.
Oh, important!!! My son is 6'4" 215lb, my daughter is 5'!0" ???lb(lol), the vest is so adjustable it really fit both quite well.

i'm a truck driver working a night shift and i bought this so i can be seen by other drivers in the night time when on foot. the vest fits over my work jacket easily and the straps on my arms and legs perfect. i love how the set also comes with a small bag so i can place everything back into it when i am done. my coworkers also like it too.
I've used this vest a few times now and it is GREAT! I finally realized that I am not a construction worker; therefore, I do not need to dress like one when going out for a pre-dawn run! I wear the vest when walking around the neighborhood from dusk through dark. It is comfortable and I can wear it over just a shirt or with a heavy jacket on. It makes me visible from quite a distance when headlights hit it. I haven't used the small bands that fit the wrist or ankle but they are definitely reflective. I recommend this product.
