Daughter reads every month. Good resource for understanding/learning about the ballet world. Wish they would provide a "US News and World Reports College Edition" type of reviews for summer and full-year programs (maybe not providing financial health, but styles of teaching, focus areas, etc. to provide comparisons), but there are usually quite a few informative articles in every edition.
Yes and my Ballerina granddaughter is enjoying it tremendously. Only problem is that somehow I am receiving 2 copies------one at my address and one to my granddaughter's. Somehow the address change never went through and I ended up paying for two copies of the same magazine.
My niece loves this magazine! She is 13 and is in a dance academy since she was 5. She loves all the magazine has to offer her for her future in dancing.

Pointe exceeded my expectations. I actually received two issues, first the July issue, and the reason I ordered the magazine in the first place, ballerinas who are women of color, specifically Misty Copeland. I love it, and so does my 3-year old. We look forward to receiving all of our Pointe issues but I'm so happy with my first issue for July. I can't believe it, I got my subscription for $5.00. Thank you Amazon and thank you Pointe. It's a beautiful publication. Loving it.
