I had to wait a while before I could give this a proper review and see if it actually had some effect. The gummies are yummy! Like others have said, they can be tempting to eat like candy. I take 2-3 each day. The first thing I noticed was how my nails looked, they did not easily chip and break like they had before and appeared to be whiter. Also, my metabolism has peaked!! Bought these in the hopes they would improve my weak, brittle, peeling nails and boy oh boy have they ever! I'm just amazed and I haven't even finished the first bottle. I'm also only taking one a day because I've read that it's not good to take too much biotin. There's also been an added bonus that I wasn't expecting. My skin has gotten healthier in that it is a lot less dry. It is especially noticeable on my arms and legs. Even without moisturizer my skin looks a lot healthier and this is the only thing that's different in my routine. I have not noticed any improvements with my hair so far. I'm still loosing just as much as before but it is still pretty early. I don't write reviews very often but this product deserves one in my opinion. It's pretty rare for me to be able to notice anything when taking a supplement. I can count the number of times on one hand.
