It did what it said it will do which was sustain the weight of a heavy object. We had to use it for a significantly heavy mirror weighting 27lbs. Really appreciated the Soft Strand it made it easier to twist without your fingers getting jacked.

Simply feed Super-Soft Strand wire through the eyelet or hanger and tie. Tightly wrap the wire back eight full rotations for the strongest hold. This method of tying will prevent the wire from unraveling and guarantee a tight, slip-free connection.
It works fine. I found that it slipped a little when I hung my large mirror. I just wrapped the ends a little tighter and pinched them with a pair of pliers and it held fine.
The No. 6 Wire worked great for my project. I have also used it to rehang several poorly hung pictures, etc. It was really too big for most of the things I used it for. I could have used the next size down just fine, but I feel that this will definitely do the job.

Fantastic product. Heavy duty and is coated. also wire is stainless so it good for outdoor projects. I bought it to hold up my bird suet feeder as the original vinyl coated wire was steel and rusted and broke in less then a year.
Used it to hang some large pictures frames I made. They were about 25 pounds each and the wire worked great.
