Well done magazine for anyone building, dreaming of building a plane or owner and likes working on aircraft. I have subscribed for years. While the magazine is good the publishers subscription related practices are in my opinion borderline sleazy and I was not going to renew this year for that reason then I stumbled across it on amazon for 1/3 less annual cost than the so called "best renewal price offered" by the publisher. Purchased renewal via Amazon and subscription continued seamlessly.
I’m a new student pilot looking for information on kit planes and I found this magazine very thin and not much content, I’d love to be a writer or in charge of the content of this publication, trust me this magazine would be way different and full of more information! Lol hire me.
This publication does a really good job of balancing what I would call educational articles with articles of what is going on in the kitplane world. It, so far, hasn't morphed into the land of "I can't afford it" articles as other aviation mags have.
I've been subscribing for two years, and there has only been one issue I didn't read cover to cover. Fantastic resource with inspiring, and entertaining articles.
Nice magazine for the kit builder and great stories of new aircraft.
