I’ve been taking “Daily D3” for about 1.5 weeks. I am lactose intolerant so I cannot drink milk to get my daily dose of Vitamin D so this is a perfect solution. It is also very difficult for me to swallow pills; however, these small vitamins are very easy to swallow. 3 months’ supply for under $6 is a great value!

I'm not a huge vitamin taker -- mostly just vitamin C whenever I feel under the weather or when travelling.
