I purchased one of their larger units and returned it because it was heavy and hard to move around. This unit is smaller and actually has a handle to carry it too. And with this unit, you can move it to where you need in on your back. It is strong! And the 1st few times, it hurts, until your back muscles loosen up some. But it does work. It has helped my lower back, but you have to keep using it, to get relief. Also the cordless feature is great!! And it will last a long time on batteries.

Vigorous massage--hurts a tad at times, but afterwards, feels great. Seems to be helping my bad back. Heat could be a bit stronger than it is, though. Give yourself time to get adjusted to it--has been growing on me!
Update--super! Give it time and you will get used to the pressure. Now I find it hard to get along without it.
Product works well but makes loud noise when on demo button. Wish it had a band to put on the chair in my office to prevent it from falling out of chair.

Awesome! Great price and it made for a great gift. The gift bag I bought for was completely worth it as well. Not a cheap paper bag it has some quality to it. Ready to use out of the box and seems like it will be used for the life of it.
At 5'1" this is a perfect height for me. It has two massage heads that on "demo" move up and down the length of the device. The heat is pretty radiant. The spot setting will hold the heads at one place along the length. I love the fact it is portable and has a rechargeable battery so you don't need to plug it in all of the time.
It offers the flexibility to place higher or lower and the massage is deep. The heat really works nicely.
