This is a good massager. It is sturdy, and HEAVY! For me, it's better to use it while sitting as it can be cumbersome if using it while walking around.
It has a pretty strong massaging capability. Some of the other reviewers have mentioned that the massaging isn't strong, but if you flex your neck when it's on your shoulders, the pressure increases significantly (to the point of discomfort if you flex too much). So it's strong enough for me, but it does depend on position.
The heating function is minimal. It would be nice if you could somehow change the internal position of the knobs.
I initially ordered the wired version but decided I wanted to be able to move from room to room without having my massage interrupted :). I like deep pressure/firm massages and am usually not very impressed by massage products. Not the case here - this is a STRONG massage, even the wireless version. I agree with another reviewer that it is very bulky and hard to get the right angle for lower back massage. However, it gives an AMAZING neck massage! It is super strong. I was concerned that I’d have to exert a lot of arm strength in order to get enough pressure but that is not the case at all. You just lightly rest your wrists in the loops and your neck and shoulders get super firm pressure. Love it!!
When I first got it I charged it but I didn’t know how to turn it on. I read the instructions and it told me to hold the power button down to activate it. Once I had it working I applied it to my back. It felt wonderful. I like stronger massages and this device does a good job. It focuses on the right points and the heating element is nice also. It does a great job on my back and neck and the handles make it easy to hold in place wherever I want to use it on the different parts of my back.It comes with a car charger also,you can use it in your car.
This is the next best thing to a real shiatsu massage by a human! Only thing, sometimes it makes a squeeling kind of noise, when the knobs are turning. Not loud but you can hear it, why i'm knocking off a star.
I this massager for thanksgiving and I absolutely love it. The design is simple yet useful. I put my hands into the loops and naturally add weight on the neck. The massaging motors are very powerful and it has different settings to it based on my preference. I always like the slow and deep shiatsu setting. I have been using it everyday for half month now. From my experience the battery lasts about 1.5 hrs. It might last a shorter time if I have the heat on. I always charge it at bed time so that I can use it the next time and never runs out of battery. This is perfect when you have a headache or shoulder soreness. You can always strap it around you back and lay on your couch for a nice back massage.
This massager is well built and high quality. Some place like brookstone sells similar massager for over 100 dollar. for less than half of the price, I m very satisfied with this massager.

I got a very good price on this item for a Xmas gift. Works great and gives a good massage to neck, back, arms, legs, and even my feet. I just put it on the floor and rest one foot at a time on top of the rotating heads. Feels great! Easy to recharge the battery, or just plug it in to the wall. The cord is long enough to use standing up or in a nearby chair. I haven't used the adapter for the car, but it will come in handy on a long trip.
I have been searching for a good massager for quite some time. I got this because it’s not too bulky and get the work done. After a long day of work, I just need to put the massager on my shoulder and press the start button and just sit and enjoy.
