I've used solely brother printers at my office for years. This ink is just fine... There is zero reason to pay the astronomical name brand brother ink prices. I will continue to order this ink!
I ordered the package of two cartridges but one of them was not working. On my printer, it kept saying toner low replace cartridge. I reached out to the seller and within couple of hours they responded right away and I was able to get a new cartridge within couple of days. The toner itself is honestly no different from ones the printer manufacture sells and it is cheaper which is a good deal.
I love our Brothers printer, but I do not love the price of their cartridges. I blew threw one of the regular sizes in less than a semester of school, these toners are priced nice and work just as well as the originals.
OEM ink can be quite expensive, but it is a bit scary to try off-brands. Well, we have two different Brother printers and have used EZ Ink compatible refills without any problem whatsoever. The price difference between Brother and EZ Ink is quite large, yet any quality difference is imperceptible. I highly recommend this prooduct.
It would not work with a brother mfc 2710dw. The printer would not recognize it. I ranked it 5 stars because their support was great, they spent hours trying to troubleshoot and ultimately refunded me when we could not get it to work

I have ordered this toner many times from Ez Ink. Any time I have had a problem (leaky toner has been my only problem) Ez Ink customer service has been great at handling it. They have always replaced my leaky toner without a hassle. I will continue ordering from them because of that.
I have some customers who are still printing in high volume. These cartridges are quite a savings for them, especially since they're not sacrificing quality. It's a no-brainer of a purchase!
