I used 2 of these bearing to repair a shop vacuum. They pressed onto the motor shaft perfectly. The measured inside diameter varied from 7.943 to 7.958mm for a good snug pressed fit. The outside diameter varied from 21.99 to 22.00 mm. The bearings turned smoothly with little effort, being pre-greased. I've since run the shop vac for about 2 hours continuous for dust collection without a problem. At less than a buck each, theses are a great value.
Purchsed to use for a 3D printer spool holder and they seem perfectly smooth for that application.
