Just a counterpoint to all those reviewers saying the screen protector doesn't cover the entire front. The phone has freaking curved glass, you can't make a glass screen protector that properly sticks to the curved glass. Companies have tried but what always happens is the glass starts lifting up on the edges, dust and dirt start getting in, and now there's a complete mess. That's why this screen protector just covers the flat portion, because it'll actually stay on that way. Just know what you're buying here, if that bothers you get a plastic film screen protector.
That being said, this screen protector does what its supposed to do. Feels like glass, and no weird rainbow effect when viewing from an angle. The edges are sharper than other glass screen protectors I've used. Not nearly as bad as one other reviewer said it was though. Recommended.
Outstanding quality screen protector. Protects my phone, but even more, feels great to use. Screen has just the perfect amount of "slipperyness" so the phone has a great response with the protector on.
I don't understand the 1-star reviews complaining that it doesn't fit perfectly. iPhones have a beveled edge, so no screen protectors can fit all the way to the edge since it will stick up and catch on things. So any decent screen protectors worth anything do not cover the bevel.
But the "unprotected" part of the screen is black, i.e. has no display pixels! So there is no video display that is unprotected.
Only comment I'd add is that the mounting template they give you doesn't work. It's a cool idea, but it's too short to guide the protector into place the way it's supposed to. Doesn't matter though, most screens protectors don't include a mounting template, so the fact that this one isn't useful doesn't take away from 5 stars this protector richly deserves.
I found 2 of the main negatives mentioned to not apply in my experience. The included template for placing the protector fit perfectly on the iPhone XR and resulted in the positioning of the protector being perfect. As far as the "gap" around the edges - this is completely acceptable due to the bevel design of the iphone screen. Also, when used in combination with a case that comes up over the edges of the screen (Otterbox in this case) the "gap" becomes insignificant but still keeps the case from affecting the protector fit. I have used this company in the past for many free replacements when protectors have broken and they are fast and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for protecting these expensive screens.
I’ve had an amfilm screen protector on my 6 plus for over 3 years now and it’s holding up amazingly well, I don’t even notice there’s a screen protector on it anymore. New pack for the XR arrived in mint condition and appear to be the quality I expected. The tray that lines it up for you is huge plus! Wish we had theses years ago. Looking forward to these protecting my new XR when it arrives.
Have dropped my iPhone XR a few times and this has protected it. Installation would have been easier if it weren't for all the dust, maybe it was just at my house but it's the first time I've ever had the issue before. The pack comes with little stickers to help take the specks off, which helped but I ended up using long strips of scotch tape because I think the stickers are meant for a few pieces, not multiple. I had to reinstall it about 15 times, and discarded the first, after it kept being contaminated (hence why I bought the multipack due to previous screen protector experience). The guard really helps install it straight. The good news is the protectors can be reinstalled several times but they will lift a bit at the corners the more you pull, it doesn't affect the protection and when the screen is on I can't tell, it's only a few millimeters on the corners where it isn't perfectly pressed tight. The corners do not look or feel lifted, you can just tell it isn't sticking there as well. Overall, I would buy again.

Can’t believe how much it prevents smudges; I only got it to protect against scratches.
I’ve had it on about a week and have noticed that my screen doesn’t have as much smudges as it once did. I actually like this way better than scratch prevention! Anyway— it’s easy to apply (I had to apply it in a public place because I have a few cats), does what it’s supposed to, and if you register it, they’ll replace under warranty (up to twice if it breaks or gets scuffed). I haven’t needed that yet, but it’s cool to have. You can’t really tell it’s on, either, unless you look pretty hard. I like this as it keeps the sleek aesthetic of the phone.
Overall, I’m really glad I went with this screen protector.
Amfilm is the only screen protector I use.
We have 4 phones in our household so I have had the chance to try others. Getting new phones every 2 years, I have some experience with Amfilm.

I usually get this brand for screen protector but this time was a little rare what they did. The base case to install the case is not that accurate firstly. Still you gotta be really careful while installing.
I'd recommend you to install it with the screen on, that way you can be more accurate with the alignment. I guess they put three because the probabilities to fail the first time is high.
After that, the screen protector is nice and is bubble free endeed.

I have used these screen protectors on my last 3 iPhones with very good results. I had some problems installing on my new Xr although the applicator helped get it lined up correctly. Received an email asking if I had any issues. When I replied that I had problems installing, they sent me a new pack! Great customer service and will buy again from this vendor!
