We use these instead of paper towels in a commercial kitchen, we use the Kimberly-Clark Professional In-site 09996 Dispenser for these and that We use these instead of Paper Towels in a commercial kitchen. Works very well, it cuts them at around 12 inches, they are tough and fairly absorbent although not as absorbent as household paper towels. Very happy with the saving with these. We have a Septic system so these are not used in our customer bathrooms. they are a little too tough to use under those circumstances. A few customers always seem to flush some and they are not designed for that. We use a thin and more lightweight towel in the bathrooms because we have a septic system, if you are on City sewer system you may have no problems. Like the savings with these.
WIth thin towels I suggest the Kimberly-Clark 09992 automatic battery powered Dispenser. They even come with the first set of batteries and we are still using that original set after 15 months of use. You see the thin towels don't work well with wet hands, the towels get wet and tare off before the customer can pull out a towel using the in-site 09996 Dispenser. If you are using a thicker Towel like these here there is not a problem and no batteries needed.
This is th type of paper towel inside dispensers in restrooms everywhere. Is is very good for drying your hands and is excellent for cleaning surfaces as it doesn't leave lint and remains in one piece after a lot of use. So the product itself is very good. There are softer towels out there but nevertheless is very good, that's why the 4 star rating.
If I could rate the shipping it would be another story. I received this case via USPS and it was beaten up like to the point that the box was taped to cover missing pieces of the original cardboard, crushed in the corners and the rolls inside where deformed and a couple had been subject to abrasion. I was still able to use the product (thank God) since I need it badly but is just not right to receive something in this condition.
You get a papaer slip inside from Amazon in which it ask you to rate the shipment, then you go to do it and guess what.... you can't for this product.
I found this to be the best priced product per foot than any other item on Amazon or Costco. I use it for general clean up and the product performs well. It is as thick as other brands and suits our purposes well. I don't need to put product into a dispenser as I just leave the whole roll on the shelf and tear off as much as I need for each task. Don't have any complains. Features that are attractive are price and a product that fits our needs.
More absorbent than my last paper towels. The 800' roll with 1.5" core fits well into a kimberly clark manual towel dispenser (it was made in 2003).
I looked for new towels because my supplier changed their own vendors they distribute for, and the rolls werent fitting.
This fit the function i needed and as a bonus its also the optimal price.
I will be adding to recurring delivery once i figure out how long it takes the shop to go through a case of 800 foot rolls rather than the 350' or 600' we were getting.
It fits our machines at our office. Works pretty well. With all these paper towel rolls, regardless of brand, you always seem to need more than one piece dispensed to wipe your hands dry.
