I am a black licorice fiend and this salt is superb!!! It's AMAZING (if you like black licorice, anise, fennel, etc.). I have used it on popcorn, sprinkled over hot chocolate and even grilled veggies with a bit of coconut oil (or Kerrygold butter) - its just soooo good! I can't wait to try it with more dishes!

First encountered the flavored salts in Iceland in October. Small spoonful served with softened butter and bread. Found a salt shop and bought some for family and friends, but not enough. Thank you, Amazon for coming through again.

Ok, I love black licorice, so I might have nibbled on this by itself, but a friend recommended this to me for grilling steaks and it is fabulous on a grilled strip.
