My friend started chemo 3 wks ago and said EVERYONE was in awe of it...she literally felt wrapped in love and support and warmth!!! Yesterday I accompanied her to her 2nd chemo, so I got to see it in person and WOW....super soft, gorgeous color, and perfect for infusion rooms that are kept fairly cold....I was so in awe of it that I decided to purchase one for myself in honor of your admirable policy of donating one blanket for each one purchased AND in honor of my upcoming TWENTY YEAR anniversary since my own breast cancer diagnosis in 1997. Looking forward to my own personal "cocoon" on chilly fall/winter nights!!
Beautiful blanket and great quality! I took it out of the packaging and looked it over just to put it in a care package and send off but I am very satisfied with it! I definitely recommend to everyone considering it!
This is the softest blanket... makes you melt right into it... The words are exactly what you would say to someone to make them feel loved and cared for, especially when you can't be there for them in person! A good friend of mine had a motorcycle accident and is laid up with broken ribs and punctured lungs. When he opened my care package and took out the blanket, he didn't even notice anything else in the box! He can barely raise his arms without pain (hence the whiskered face I'm not used to!), but suffered enough to send me this picture to show me how much he loved his "blankie"... I guess no matter how old we get, our childhood comforts remain the same.
I was searching for something inspiration yet encouraging after a dear friend was recently diagnosed with cancer. I saw this and just thought it was too perfect. It's long lasting and says everything I was looking for. My friend absolutely loved it. I bought this little blanket for my 33 year old daughter who is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. I am a retired nurse and bought this for a friend undergoing chemotherapy treatments. I love this blanket and will definitely be buying more.
