Very trendy, nice and neat mouth-guard. The glitter adds an extra cool look that none other mouth-guards have. I bought it for my teenage son. It fits so perfectly. He used it for Boxing, MMA and Basketball, he said it was a great protector. He got hit by the ball twice, and the mouth-guard protected his mouth and teeth, it didn't even move out of place- excellent fit!
I was worried this wouldn't be small enough for my daughter's mouth (she is PETITE and only 3) but it works perfect. The youth is SMALL but would work for kids a bit older I think. I guess it depends on how you like the fit.
Mouth guard is one of the most comfortable we have owned.
It's softer, so moves nicely with teeth that are being moved around by braces or other dental gear, and ultimately more comfortable than a hard plastic mouthguard.
Took me two times to get the fit right but it's an easy process. The case is nice and neither have a strong plastic smell which is great.

Fitting instructions
1 Fill saucepan with 3 to 4 inches of water ,Bring water till boil .
2 Remove water from heat source . Let water stand for 30 seconds , then place mouthguard in water for 30 seconds.
3 Carefully remove mouthguard from water with slotted spoon .
4 cool mouthguard under tap water for 1-2 seconds only to bring surface temperature to comfortable level .
5 Lick your lips before placing mouthguard in your mouth.
6 Watching in a mirror , line up mouthguard carefully with the center line of upper teeth Fit mouthguard onto and around upper teeth and press firmly into molars first then front teeth.
7 Bring lower jaw forward and up into base of mouthguard with teeth in alignment with lower channel. Bite down hard on mouthguard ,suck in strongly ,
and use fingers to press edges of mouthguard into teeth and gum line through lips and cheeks for 20 seconds.
8 remove mouthgurad and cool under tap water for 30 seconds.
9 repeat steps 1 through 8 if fit is not accurate.
