EXPO 1884310 Low-Odor Dry Erase Set, Ultra Fine Tip, Assorted Colors, 7-Piece

I needed an eraser and white board cleaner, I came across this set and it is the best thing ever. I already had some normal dry erase makers but theres thin ones are life changing. Currently I am studying for one of my board exams so there is a lot of info. With these fine point markers my diagrams come out prettier and less chunky. These markers erase easily and do not leave stains behind. The eraser does its work erases. The cleaner is great it removed all left behind ink and leave your board white, white, white. Really good price and excellent quality.
-2 black markers
-1 red marker
-1 green marker
-1 blue marker
-1 Expo eraser
-1 Expo cleaning Spay

If you're a STEM student, you'll often find yourself staring at a whiteboard trying to figure out how many electrons lithium has, or what the proper way to compute a derivative is. Whatever the subject of study, working through problems traditionally will pencil and paper will leave you without pencils and paper.

What I'm trying to say is that this dry-erase set is perfect for a student living in a dorm room, or for anyone who doesn't want to consume a ton of resources while writing things down, and working through problems.

Pros:
-Quality pens
-Includes cleaner! (hey, Window cleaner works too! :P)
-4 colors

Cons:
-That eraser is cheap, but it works.
-This won't work well for a giant white board.

These are your standard dry-erase markers with an ultra fine tip. I really like being able to write at a normal size on my Quartet Whiteboard, 24 x 18 Inches, Silver Aluminum Frame (S531) at home. They work great and have lasted almost a year already.

The fluid and the eraser has worked as expected as well.

Included in this set are:
*7 ultra fine tipped markers
*standard white board eraser
*small bottle of cleaning solution

Pros:
*Markers last a long time
*Everything functions like it should
*All one pack

Cons:
*None

Additional Considerations:
Be aware this is an ultra-fine tip. If you want standard-size dry erase markers look elsewhere.

Overall: 5/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, <.5 rounds down) => 5 stars

Gosh, this was cheap on Amazon. Who needs more than 3 colors for a dry erase board full of to-do's or honey-do's anyway? We received 5 colors, a small bottle of cleaner and an eraser that was so light it must be made of styrofoam. These fine point pens are great for writing anything on a medium or small dry-erase board. The chisel tips are so fat that you need more space - such as on presentation boards or in the classroom. Since we bought a new board, we have used these pens and they all write extremely well and fairly true to color (green is always the worst - sort of a light minty color). The bottle of fluid hasn't been used yet, but the eraser is so light I thought it must be a freebie, but I think Expo was serious! Anyway, for the near Add-On Item price, this was the real deal at a fraction of the cost, so for that, it gets five stars.

Well I got these to use on our Dry Erase Lapboard (Learning Board Two Sided 9x12), and I like the pens because they wipe off easily unlike the Vis-a-Vis pens, which are actually made for overhead projector transparencies, not white boards like these . The spray is convenient and cute- perfect for my first grader who loves spraying and enthusiastically cleaning her board. The eraser is light and works well, too,but we keep losing it! The spray went fast. Kids really enjoy spraying and cleaning their boards! My student absolutely loves the different colored pens and using her lapboard for learning and fun.

One of my complaints is that the "Fine Tip" dry erase markets are far from being fine tip. This set of "Ultra Fine Tip" pens includes a dry erase eraser as well as some white board solution that will help get rid of the nasty left-over marks after erasing. The colors are fine and the product works great, but beware, like all markers, don't press down hard when using the marker. It really is a pen and not sufficient broad enough to use as a presentation pen on a wall-mounted board.

I use these pens with a laminated form and in that regard, they are perfect. I suspect they would also work on overhead projector slides for presentations, but not on wall-mounted white boards used in classrooms.

In our kitchen we have a large whiteboard that is hung portrait style. On this board we write down important things like who has to be where on what day and at what time and what we are having for dinner each evening. This package has all the right items to keep mission control running smoothly. The pens allow us to color code different topics, if only we could remember which color was what. The eraser is helpful if we decide that its a new week and we are changing something. The spray clearer is helpful for vacations and other breaks where we really just need to hit reset.

Expo has always made great whiteboard tools. These markers are the perfect size. They are not too big so I am able to write a lot on my mid-size whiteboard in my home office, but they are not too small so that that what's written can't be read from distance. They do not dry out like some of the cheaper ones do. The whiteboard is very easy to clean when using these markers. The set comes with cleaning fluid, but these markers are so good that I have only ever needed to use the eraser to clean the board - including some stuff that had been written on the board and been on it for many, many months. If you want the best - go with EXPO.

I like this set for the value, but some of the items were not quite what I was expecting. I wasn't sure how I'd like the ultra fine tip after having only used a chisel tip, but I knew that was too large. Had it to do over I would probably gone with the fine pen, but I'm getting used to these. The colors are vivid the eraser works well, although I must say the material that the eraser is made of is a little lacking in quality! I purchased the set because the price was so good for pens, cleaner and eraser, and for that I would say I got a great buy.

So, I only just got this, but I want to review it anyway.

I bought it to go with this WallPops calendar: http://amzn.to/1xqXQ0b , for which I wanted more colors and something to hold them. After reading reviews on so many dry erase marker caddy/holders, I decided on this one.
I didn't use the magnets, because my calendar is on my wall. What I did use was 1 strip of the double-sided adhesive to place on just the left side of this caddy, and I stuck it onto the calendar on the wall. This way, I avoid the "This ruined my wall because that crap just doesn't come off easily," but I have it right where I need it to color-code my dry-erase calendar.
I think it's great.
It's sticking well.

If you're in my situation, I highly recommend it. (my review for the dry-erase calendar linked above can be found on that page. I recommend it, as well.)
