Fifty Shades: 3-Movie Collection [Blu-ray]

CAUTION: The digital FREED that comes with this "unrated" 3-movie set is NOT the unrated version. The blueray disk for FREED has both versions but the digital when renewed comes up as the the theatrical version. Otherwise is fine.

Love these movies. Watched all but 1 at the theaters. They are even better watched in a movie marathon. Ultimate fantasy of fixing a broken person which is never reality, but still a good love story. The ending of the 3rd movie was done perfectly. Sigh.. enjoy!

It’s totally worth it. The movies are unrated and have some extended scenes. Beautiful scenes we didn’t get to see in the theatrical edition. You will not get owning this beautiful box set.

Great picture & sound quality. Did have some difficulty getting to the unrated versions of movies #2 & #3. If you are going to be giving viewers the option of either version, then getting to that menu to select the unrated version should be much easier.

I just bought this set for half off the other day. I was worried after reading some reviews about audio copyright problems or digital copies not working but mine works great. The digital copies worked right away (after I typed the code properly. The last digit was a zero and I was typing "O.") I watched all three blu-rays in my PS4 with no issues.

Description

The thrilling worldwide phenomenon of Fifty Shades is complete with this sensual trilogy. When Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) meets enigmatic billionaire Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan), they embark on an unconventional romance that tests their limits. The story continues as the pair enters a new arrangement in their relationship, but outside sources endanger the couple's future together. In the climactic chapter, the newlyweds have left their pasts behind and embrace stability in a life of luxury…until new obstacles threaten to jeopardize their happy ending before it even begins.

I read three of the four 'Fifty Shades' books twice. The author is so descriptive in telling the story(s) of the two main characters from different worlds, who come together in a wild, steamy relationship. So, when the movies were made, the pages of these books nearly matched the scripts written for these three movies. I enjoyed the books very much so and I bought and watched all three of the movies. I hope that the author will write another (saga) book to continue with the lives of these characters she created, because I will definitely buy that book(s).

I feel the movies tried their best to cover what they considered the important parts. They didn’t stay true to the written words. The books were so much better.

I really like this story. I believe it is exceptionally well written/directed/as well as musically adorned. Ultra modern everything including the fact that they used new actors and actresses who were given this opportunity and made the very best of it.
I suppose this is a forum intended for appraisal of the delivery and marketing of the disk set I purchased but I couldn't help myself.

I'm not going to review the trilogy itself because it's a controversial film that people either like or hate.
I haven't watched these yet (from this set) but reviewed them briefly due to negative reviews about copyright issues. Mine is the blu-ray version and from what I've seen they are fine...no messages, lack of audio, etc. that I noticed. Hopefully there won't be since I'm past the return window.

I was disappointed that mine did not come with the cardboard sleeve, though it seemed otherwise new.

Bought this for my wife, she wanted to watch them, I watched them with her, actually pretty good movies, 2 thumbs up 👍👍
