As long as you don't expect this magazine to help you cut your score by half, this is a good magazine to subscribe! A great entertainment source when you can't go out there playing golf but don't rely on this magazine to be your personal coach.
I had "Golf" subscriptions before, and I've always enjoyed the golf tips. It also helps to keep up on the latest available equipment . I find the articles to be informative and useful as well as entertaining. And someday I may even be able to play one of those beautiful golf courses they feature.
I always enjoy every issue as I follow all the tournaments on tv. My favorite feature is "The Rules Guy" followed by articles on players and courses. Since I can't translate pictures into improvements in my swing, I read those last. I look forward to receiving Golf Magazine.
I picked this up & dropped Golf Digest - and I am pleased. I'm maybe an 18 handicap, and enjoy the "tips" & reviews of the new clubs, along with the beautiful pictures of golf courses around the world. I do rate this above Golf Digest - do not believe you will be disappointed! BigBill
