I did a lot of research with other Lumbar pillows before choosing this one. I do a lot of work at the computer, and as a result my back can get sore and fatigued. I purchased this to help support my lower back when sitting at the computer. It's wonderful. It fits perfectly in my computer chair, and I don't walk away with a stiff back. It's not bulky, and It promotes sitting straighter, which is helping to strengthen my back muscles.
As far as the job this lumbar support is supposed to do it works but if you're a bigger guy like myself (250+) then this may not be the best support for you. Not quite wide enough so felt like it was pinching me in the sides more than comforting me. Eventually had to send it back for a different style but my wife tried it who was much smaller and she thought it worked well. So I can't fault it too much, I just think its better suited for smaller people.
This product provides excellent support. Almost too much for me. It fits the curve of my back very well, though it seems to push me forward in my chair. The chair I use it on does have some lumbar support in itself, so that may have something to do with it. It is a sturdy, well-made model. My coworkers jokingly called it the "deluxe model" since it is very well made and large compared to the ones they use (mesh support or small wedge pillow) I like it most days, though sometimes I find it is just too much. In a chair with little or no support this would be excellent. I would not recommend this pillow for larger people, as the sides are formed and curve in toward my sides. I am a small-framed person; I think they would dig in the sides of a larger person making it uncomfortable.
What a difference. I'd always end my day with tension in my lower back. No matter how far I'd lean back on my chair, no support what so ever. I finnnalllllyyyy can sit at work comfortably. I've been at work almost all day today & it has changed the game for me. Im even debating getting one to sit on 😩 not even what it's made for lol that's how comfy this thing is.
I work from home and have a very good office chair but, I needed a little more support in the lumbar area. I'm 5'4 & weigh 140 pounds so I wasn't sure how this product was going to fit me. I was pleasantly surprised that it's the perfect fit for my body and office chair and has even helped to decrease my lower back pain (I suffer from a bad back and see a chiropractor 4X a month.) I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a pillow like this. It's a great price too for such good quality. Can't go wrong!

I received the lumbar support cushion and it seems to be working very well as intended. I am happy with my purchase. The cushion seems to be good quality and it was delivered on time as promised.
It really is an excellent product which is why I'm giving it 5 stars, however, it will only work for an upright position, say for a desk at work. Don't buy it if you think you're going to use it in a lounging position (tv). The reviewer that mentioned the use of this for the car was also correct because it will push you too far forward so that your UPPER BACK has no support!
