Good to know: If you have two or more of these, any of the remotes will control all of the light strings. This could be good thing or a bad thing for you. The remote is powerful enough to go through two walls in my house and turn the lights on and off in the other room when I don't intend them to. I'm deducting 1 star from my rating, because they should make it clear in the product description that you cannot independently control the strings if you have multiples.
Other than that issue, I love the product. I tangled one loosely up into a ball to make a hanging lamp, and it looks awesome! I stuck the remote control to the wall to use as a light switch. I love that it is dimmable for mood lighting. It produces a nice glow, not a really warm yellow, but neutral, well-balanced light. And unlike old-school string lights, it actually looks good turned off, because the wire is thin copper wire with, I presume, some very thin transparent coating.
I used my Kill A Watt to measure power consumption, and on full brightness, it uses 4 watts of power, and proportionally less at lower brightness levels.
Some negative reviews say that it is difficult to unravel. It took me about a minute to careful straighten it out. Not a big deal - just be patient and slow and you won't have trouble.
The lights are really nice and my wife loved them around her mirror. The biggest issue, as others have pointed out, is that they turn on by themselves randomly. At first I though it was just a timer thing that we had set up by mistake, but the lights just turn on randomly and on different effects as well which is especially annoying.
I hope I can hear from Eufy on this issue, if it's a manufacturing problem or if they have improved lights that do no do this.
As of right now I cannot recommend them because it's annoying and it also increases power consumption.
UPDATE: So I got en email from Eufy instructing me to unplug both the IR receiver and the actual lights for 10 minutes and it has fixed the random turning on issue! Now that this problem is fixed I can say that these lights are really perfect. They are pretty bright and can be dimmed if necessary, they look really nice for both decoration or room lighting. My wife uses them around her vanity mirror and she loves them.

I certainly squealed with delight at unboxing them, plugging them in, and testing the remote. They're fun! Minus one star because they're haunted and will turn themselves on when I'm gone to work.
They'd get a five star if I thought a haunting was legit the cause - but 4 star because y'all got some serious bugs if a product will turn on randomly at "it's" will. I don't feel comfortable leaving my home for longer than a day with them plugged in - what if the problem is an electrical short and it burns down my home?
The wires are durable enough to gently wrap around objects and hold their shape. Cheaper lights will kind up quickly.
Dimming capacity, and the little remote are the best aspects. Remote takes standard watch battery and lasts 6+ months w/ daily use.
I don't use any of the modes (they are used for mood lights, not Xmas lights), the lights are always on, or off, and the soft yellow is strong enough to read by in the evening.
Biggest issue is when a power flux happens, the lights turn on. So if you have them off on the patio, and suddenly they flash on, they can give you quite a scare. Or you'll find they stayed on all night after a brownout
EDIT: Eufy reached out to me within hours of posting this review, offered to replace my string lights AND remote. It's clear that Eufy cares about making a good impression on their customer base and I do appreciate Jinna (on Eufy's support staff) reaching out and being courteous and professional. The new set works great, hopefully they have improved the quality of the remote.
The lights themselves are nice, I use them to light up the area underneath my loft bed. My problem is the horribly cheap remote. The original battery lasted a long time, but earlier this month I decided to buy some new CR2025 batteries. They aren't cheap. In less then a week the remote has worn the batteries down to nothing. I tossed the remote. They work fine if I just unplug them but the remote kills it for me.

These lights are great, and way better given the price! The only problem I have run into is that the remote controls they come with control all of the lights that are plugged in, meaning you can't control the strings separately.
Original Review: Two Stars
This product looks great, but it suffers from QC issues and an inconsistent remote. My first set stopped working within just a few minutes of setting them up (Eufy promptly replaced them). On the replacement set, it often takes multiple presses for the remote to communicate with the lights, making for a frustrating experience whenever we turn them on, off, or change settings.
UPDATE
I give credit to Eufy's customer support. After seeing my original negative review, Eufy provided a replacement unit free of charge. The remote in my replacement set is still a little finicky, but an improvement on the first two.
Updated review. I originally received these and they didn't work. I had waited so long to take them out of the box and try them that I had lost all information. I ran across these as giving reviews and gave a lower review because I felt disappointed that they hadn't worked initially. The company saw my review and sent me another package free of charge when they heard of my dissatisfaction. The second box works great and the customer service was outstanding! Thanks Eufy for the great service and the lights work great and are adorable. I love that they are not battery powered and I don't have to remember to change the batteries constantly. I just hit the remote and they look great on my deck.
For $11 you get a remove, 'infinite' brightness adjustability, 33 feet, 4 watts max consumption? Hard to believe.
I use mine to backlight behind a TV which I use as a giant computer screen. There are LED strips sold specifically for these but because they are just one straight strip, they are not very even. With this, I have 33 feet that I fold over on itself and distribute perfectly around the rear of the LCD screen for very even lighting. I can also control the level of lighting through the remote. It makes the screen easier on the eyes.

My boyfriend got me a set of these for Christmas and I am in love. I have a set hanging in my bedroom, and while dimmer than my previous bulbs from Target, these create a wonderful mood and I also have this pair that I bought hanging in my bathroom. Plus, you only need one controller even for two sets of lights, which can sometimes conflict by turning one set on and not the other or one but not both off, but it's not enough of an issue to make me dislike the lights. I also love that I can dim them even down to 25% for even more of a relaxing mood.
