Cute! Cheap fabric, but that's not a problem. Holds up well enough. We have a Kwazii costume from last year my kid still uses to play dress up and it still is holding up fine.
I had the cutest little penguin EVAH! It fit just right. My penguin is 3 years old and about 37-1/2” tall.
