My three-year-old grandson is into dinosaurs and is really hard with toys. I have bought him a few over the last year, some have broke pretty easily i.e., tail falling off or just did not last long. He loved the lights and the roaring sounds that it made. It is very well made and the batteries are easy to install. The only downfall is that it is too loud for me, otherwise a great toy.
