I love the sync with my phone to help track my weight over time.

It's quick to activate & give the weight, then a few seconds later you get information for BMI, fat%, etc.

I love it works great

Great scale I use it every Friday and is pretty accurate. Not sure about the other stuff it claims to read, but I do get a 3d body scan and it almost close to that reading.
