I'm typing this with one thumb because the other is bandaged up. The edges of the film were razor sharp! Like when you cut your finger on a sharp kitchen knife and don't fully realize it til it starts bleeding like a stuck pig. So be careful with the installation. We worked in a pair and it came out well. We stuck it to the top of an IKEA desk which we cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Had planned to fold the edges to wrap underneath but the material does not fold unfortunately. So after slicing myself my husband used a utility knife to trim it all back from the edge an 1/8 of an inch or so.
My advice is pre cut, don't try to bend or wrap it around edges, don't try to go edge to edge, and be super careful during the installation. lol keep the rubbing alcohol handy
I put this over an existing OLD whiteboard that was in bad condition. This is so much better than that old whiteboard. I used a staplegun to anchor the very top of the cover, so I won't have to worry about whether the adhesive can support it or not. I am very pleased except for one small feature. The finish is a little shinier than the whiteboards that I am accustomed to. In my particular application in a room with lots of windows, light reflects from the surface. It isn't unreadable, just not quite as good as a more matte surface would be. But it is so much better than the old whiteboard it is covering!! In most rooms the glossy surface would probably not even be noticed.
I stuck the whiteboard onto my window after cutting it to size and it works great. The challenging part was to line things up so it Square and proper. No issue with air bubbles, just follow the instructions and use the nice erase cloth that comes with it to wipe down as I pulled the backing away. I did end up having a crease, but once I stuck it onto the window, I just wiped across the crease multiple times and now it’s hardly visible.
I use this to study for my science classes as it allows me to draw out equations or concepts that I need to see in a bigger picture. I wanted a dry erase board that would be easy to use and not risk it falling since I have it currently hung over my bed. Great to not have that metal tray on the bottom of erase boards like you see in schools and risk bumping into it if you're as clumsy as me. There were no issues with applying the adhesive to the wall as it sticks really well. It does require 2 people to help put up depending on what size you bought. Be aware when you remove the black liner as the board may bend and leave a dent.
Update: I moved to a new place and the adhesive works as well as when I first got it. It's not a one time use erase board you have to worry about if you move places.
Our old boards were stained and difficult to clean. Originally my boss wanted all of our conference room whiteboards to be replaced but his mouth dropped at the final cost that I had presented him (cost for all boards, cost for installation and removal of old boards and then finding a way to dispose or donate the old boards....) HOWEVER when we found these online, we purchased one to try it out. It took myself and another colleague to put it up (one to hold the whiteboard in place and the other person to guide and adhere it. )
It works so well, I ordered more for the remaining conference rooms. We did get a crimp in one of them that is stubborn and won't wipe out smooth but we feel that was our fault because we bent it, perhaps. Not very noticeable.

It really works! I first tried a different dry erase magnetic white board from Amazon. It didn't erase well, left ghost images of the print, stopped taking print very well. This is perfect, -- erases cleanly and easily every time. It's very easy to cut. I cut a piece to go on top of the magnetic white board.
I've had this product for about a month now and use it daily in my office. It was surprisingly easy to install even when I did it alone (I purchased the 4x3) and holds up to frequent use so far. My only caveat is that even though the material is fairly thick, it WILL show any bumps and imperfections in your wall through it, especially because it's glossy.
I purchased it knowing this fact and it doesn't bother me as the low-profile nature of it is well worth that sacrifice, but if you go into it thinking it'll be perfectly flat when placed bare against a wall you'll be disappointed. This can be solved by putting it on a substrate like MDF if it's bothersome.
This was purchased to convert an old chalkboard into a whiteboard. The product seems very sturdy but if you're working with a large sheet, it's hard to work with. Once applied it looked amazing. However, the Expo markers that we use on our other whiteboards don't show up as vibrantly on this material. The red marker comes out looking like a light pink, the blue, black and green markers all come out looking much lighter than they do on the regular whiteboard. Other than that it's a nice product. Marker wipes off clean and easy.
This white board sticker was super easy to install. I did install it a bit differently than they suggested. Instead of starting at the top and working my way down, I started at one side end and went to the other. We have slightly textured walls, and even with that the white board surface went on smoothly. White board markers work really well- I was worried that since our walls are slightly textured that the writing wouldn't be smooth but it was, and I'm really happy about that. Extremely satisfied with the white board film, and cleaning cloth! Post-it came out with a great product!
My kids have a small table used for dining and crafts. I ordered this whiteboard film to cover the top of the table so they could color on it with dry erase markers. I trimmed the film to fit. After a few months it's still holding on and still looks great. It has stood up to the abuse of little people and they use it frequently for coloring.
